ve tried azelaic acid 20%, ascorbic acid 20%, kojic acid, glycolic acid, salicilyc acid, tranexamic acid, adapalene, tazarotene 0,1%, hidroquinone which made it worse, mercury bleaching cream, BBL, laser peel (resufacing), flucinolon.
I think flucinolon worked best, but i can't use it long term on my face. When i use it, the inflamation and hyperpigmentation subside, but effects are immediatly reverted if i stop using it.
Im 22 years old in my forehead and all around in face have lot of marks,acne. I went to a Dermatologist and he recommended to use fashbar soap,dezor shampoo,adapalene & clindamycin phosphate gel and take 1 capsule of minolin 100mg but now my face is burning and get lot of oily also still there is no results to that marks and acnes what can I do now pls answer me?
Im 20 years old. I have acne scars and pimples . I spoke with a dermatologist about it and i left with a prescription for adapalene. After a month of application on my nose, the problem has not improved. I am having a difficult time understanding how the product could be working. Is there another product that i should be using with the adapalene gel? Is there something else that i could be using? I have noticed over the years that my personal hygene products have caused my hair loss.

The best way to treat this is with a course of oral antibiotics such as Oxytetracycline to kill acne-causing bacteria. In addition use a topical retinoid cream called Differin (adapalene) which is very good at clearing up the redness and soreness. Use a bland, soap-free cleanser to minimise irritation. I recommend Effaclar or Physiological Cleansing Gel by La Roche-Posay.

Please review attached image of very recent results. Tell me what you make of it, particularly as relates to the numbers concerning my thyroid. I have been perscribed synthroid 0.05mg and cytomel 25mcg.
I should also mention that years ago I was told that my pituitary is enlarged.

SGOT/SGPT is normal with 24/15

One more question.....Scars are seen on the face due to the use of scalpel for removing the pimples and subsequent use of an anti-inflammatory/anti-biotic injection by a doctor...What should be done to make my face even.......
