Im 22 years old in my forehead and all around in face have lot of marks,acne. I went to a Dermatologist and he recommended to use fashbar soap,dezor shampoo,adapalene & clindamycin phosphate gel and take 1 capsule of minolin 100mg but now my face is burning and get lot of oily also still there is no results to that marks and acnes what can I do now pls answer me?
I spoke with a dermatologist about it and i left with a prescription for adapalene. After a month of application on my nose, the problem has not improved. I am having a difficult time understanding how the product could be working. Is there another product that i should be using with the adapalene gel? Is there something else that i could be using? I have noticed over the years that my personal hygene products have caused my hair loss.

ve had this little patch of bumps that normally blend, but right now kind of look white at the tips (might be from rubbing from inquisition) in with my skin in a small area on my wrist. And recently I realized that this strip under my left breast has a bunch of the same type of bumps, the thing about it, all of these bumps seem completely harmless and they don't hurt or itch or anything, the only time any irritation comes is after rubbing them because I'm a bit self conscious.

Acne is caused by high levels of androgens (hormones) common in teenagers and people in their 20s. Androgens stimulate the oil glands in the skin. Bacteria on the skin feeds off this excess oil, blocking the pores and resulting in acne.

Lactic acid,
urea, adapalene or tazarotene are also recommended in certain cases. Eucerin plus with AHA helps in exfoliation and moisturization but it is pretty mild. Cerave is just a moisturizer which would
be as good as Eucerin. Cetaphil again is a moisturizer with no exfoliation . I would recommend the use of a mild keratolytic as mentioned above. Tretinoin would be a better choice at this age.
The whole idea is to do mild exfoliation along with moisturization.
