I am 3 years post breast cancer i had lumpectomy chemo rads i have taken tamoxofen for 2,5 years now on aromasil i had a bone density scan and was told i had low calcuim levels, now on calcuim sandox and actonel asked if i had osetoprosis and was told no have read around actonel and have not taken it yet as of the side effects please can you advice thanks.

I take once monthly Actonel. While I was pushing the pill through the foil blister, it broke. I did not take that pill for fear that it could cause stomach problems. My question is would it have been safe to take? Also, if I contact Proctor & Gamble, do you think they might replace the pill. If it was a daily pill, I wouldn't worry about, but I just lost a whole month of medicine due to a faulty package design.

i currnetly am taking actonel for my bones the past 3 years and klonopin i per night and take alot of vitamins such as B compex etc. no alcohol consumption but i do smoke half a pack of cigarettes per day no other medical conditions known 6 months ago all my blood workups were normal . ANY IDEAS WHAT CAN BE GOING ON WITH ME ?

The problem is everyone is going to screw up the pronunciation and spelling. It will get annoying to her as well as you.

I really like Irish names, particularly ones that are not used much any more, even here in Ireland. My friend's little girl is named Fia and it means 'deer' or 'wild thing'. I also love Saoirse (meaning freedom), Gráinne (a derivative of the word of love), Roisín (meaning little rose) Reiltín (means little star) and Aoife. You'll have to look up pronunciation of all of these online, as the Irish language has a completely different set of pronunciation rules to English.

The name is cute. ... as for pronunciation people may get confused how to pronounce it because of the I.....I would think you could say it 3 ways ale-onna, ale-anna or alayna. I agree with huluhutgirl on the pronunciations - it really depends on your intentions. From experience I encourage you to choose a name that isn't confusing or requires constant correction in spelling or pronunciation. As a recipient of such a name, it's frustrating even after all these years.

I am just tired of taking medicenes that seem to cause other problems. I think I have the GERD from taking Actonel even though I followed the instructions to the letter for taking the Actonel. No longer take it. Just take calcium.

Pronunciation was like "en-ter-tise" blood test....Is that kind of EIA? One more thing, do all the clinics have license to do HIV tests?

It sounds like you don't like the name 100% but feel obliged to use it. Maybe in that case, you would be able to use it as the middle name and not the first name? Doesnt seem that hard to me. My whole life my name has been pronounced wrong. My parents are the first to correct people. If its someone i will never see again i just let it go. My friends and others in my life need to get it right though.

d go with the more common spelling of Sebastian, just because it will change the pronunciation. I like all of your name choices, but you might also think about what nicknames are likely to come from them...some of which you might not like as much. My mom named my brother Rafael and loved the full Spanish pronunciation, and spent his childhood telling people, "His name is not Ralf!" lol.
