How do I joined the class action suit against Victoria Secret for these rashes from the "Sexy" bras which I loved and brought 2 at once the week they came out with them? I knew it was the bras that I had recently purchased as I alternated between other types of VS bras that didn't do it. I always thought it was the dye in the bras and that's what I told my doctor who prescribed anti fungus medication. Formaldyhyde would be the last thing I would think.

IS ANY ONE KHOWS A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINST THE COMPANY WHO MAKES DENTAL IMPLANT THAT JUNK HAS MANY SIDE EFFECTS THAT MUST BE DISCUSSED WITH THE PATIENTS. INCLUDING CAUSING AUTO IMMUNE DISEASE . BUT MANY DENTISTS EITHER ARE NOT AWARE OF IT OR DENY IT. I HAD TWO DENTAL IMPLANTS. FINALLY I REALIZE THE BEST THING TO GET RID OF THEM IS GOING OVERSEAS WHICH I DID. I TOLD THE DENTIS I DON'T WANT TO LIVE WITH THESE IMPLANTS ANY MORE I WOULD RATHER DIE THAN LIVING WITH THEM.

00 on dental work to correct this issue and suffered through about 3 years of pain. If anyone knows of a class action suit against the manufacturer of this medication please let me know. Thanks!

I used the whitening strips on top of another product. Anyone else out there with similar issues to compare notes/possible class action suit. I went after the other products company-dismissed but now reading this forum I think it was the combo of both products with the whitening strips weakening my teeth. Medical students and dentists are welcome to reply to hear more of my case.

Not to my knowledge if you are speaking of a class action suit. I'm not sure if you could file on your own, especially after this length of time since your surgery. Regards ....

watch for the tv commercials that name drugs for class action lawsiuts. Ultram may be one of them , or may not. IMO one of the reasons are healthcare costs keep rising, but thats a WHOLE other can of worms.

To be honest, I do not know enough about what was or was not being said by management to give rise to the class action suit. But if they were misleading the public for their own personal gain, or the companies gain, they were not only misleading investors, but also those patients who were influenced incorrectly into postponing regular treatment in the "hope" that this drug was just around the corner.

Thank goodness for GMA and the fact that my hubby was listening. I have been wearing VS bras for over 10 years with no trouble until about 1 1/2 years ago. I thought that something was really wrong with me. After many tubes of Benedryl and Lotrimin, I still want to just claw and scratch until the itching stops. I am saving the 10 VS bras that I have if anyone wants to test them. I am really mad a VS.....they not only affected my breast health....

me too! since ive worn victorias secret push up bras my skin has turned into a mess only where my bra touches it though-now that my bras are old it has calmed down,but i have the proof, hives,discoloration, rashes,etc. and ive been to the doctors about half a dozen times and theyre clueless, i wonder if it is from my bra!?!? how do i go about this?

I am 3 years post breast cancer i had lumpectomy chemo rads i have taken tamoxofen for 2,5 years now on aromasil i had a bone density scan and was told i had low calcuim levels, now on calcuim sandox and actonel asked if i had osetoprosis and was told no have read around actonel and have not taken it yet as of the side effects please can you advice thanks.
