Avatar f tn My 5 year old stepdaughter has to use a booster seat by law here, my 3 year old is in a toddler car seat and now with the little one due any time we have to figure how to squeeze the base and infant seat into there too. We have a 4-door Hyundai sonata. Short of taking off a door I'm pretty stuck on what the heck to do here. lol. Anybody else found to trick to make it all fit safely???
Avatar f tn So-I've posted about this before. We have to move this weekend & finally found a beautiful, affordable apartment. All good right? Apparently not. A buddy's father offered us the use of his work truck to move, thus saving us rental fees. I guess he used said truck last weekend to move his stepson to his new place & got in trouble for it. Apparently he never asked permission & now has to turn in the keys to his company vehicle at the end of every day.
Avatar f tn I drive a 2004 Chevy silverado 2 door and it's hell to get my 2 yearold son in and out the back even thought the back doors open from the inside! I really need a SUV before august but my husband has to get a vehicle before he can get me one! I'm driving my dads old truck! It feels so unsafe for babies to be in the backseat of a truck Idk why!! Really hope I can get one soon!! I love the Nissan murano. Seems like an awesome family car!!
Avatar f tn m worried that not having a 4 door vehicle will be a hassle with the car seat and getting the baby in and out. Any thoughts or ideas about what kind of car you have and what you think is best??
Avatar f tn Damn, you got me there mommiKat lol. At that point I think it boils down to what kind of vehicle you have... i have a mazda 5 which has 3 rows (6 seats total). But since they are captain seats, if I had 3, the oldest would be in the third row and the younger two in the 2nd row. Still preventing the most likely to run off from having an opportunity to slip away.
Avatar f tn What kind do you ladies have? I'm looking to upgrade my Durango to sell anything but the Durango LOL. My current vehicle is a pos - I got sold a lemon. Anyways I'm looking for a nice looking safe reliable vehicle. I'm pregnant with my 5th child due in a few weeks and want to get it before baby comes. :) any suggestions would help!!!
Avatar m tn I've searched the web and here and no really good answer. I'm taking a Sonata about 3 or 4 oclock in the morning. It does cause some jitters next day. Now I've started Sam-e and a Super Beta Complex and the Jitters are unbearable. I take some Xanax and it helps some. I can't take much and still function. The question is ... Is it the Sam-e or the Super B Complex causing the extreme jitters or anxiety?
Avatar n tn D congrats!!
Avatar m tn Anyway, when I took it to the pharmacy, all of the medications was controlled substances, percocet, sonata, and diclofenac. I was shcoked but the pharmacist tech already scanned it and I trust the FNP. I always go to this same pharmacy and never had a problem filling my prescriptions and my disabled problem. The pharmacist was even willing to fill the diclofenac at the time. I decline and told her I would pick them up Monday when all 3 were ready and I this didn't fill right.
1310633 tn?1430224091 For the second time in three years a woman has been involved in a crash involving her vehicle and a body of water. Witnesses said Cari Draft's vehicle backed into some machinery in the parking lot of the Holiday Inn in the 900 block of W. Savidge Street in Spring Lake. She then drove forward and her vehicle went between some trees, airborne, over a nearby dock and landed on a boat in the water. Witness Ed Gillies saw Draft sitting on the boat after the crash around 5:50 a.m.
333672 tn?1273792789 Just wanted to share my good news of the moment! We got a brand new car, a 2009 Honda Fit--our first ever new new car. It has automatic transmission and cruise control and is so much easier to drive. We are enjoying the shiny newness and all the gadgets we never had.
Avatar f tn Babys carseat fits fine and im a good driver, but i know if i get hit hard, my jetta wont withstand the damage and we could be hurt or killed. Not sure if an SUV or a bigger sedan was better. We have a 2009 explorer but it eats gas like crazy. I work in a different city than where i live, its about a 25 minute drive one way...SUVs kinda suck with gas, but they are safer. The bigger sedans are better on gas, but arent as safe as an SUV. But i am sure there are really safe sedan.
Avatar f tn I already have 3 kids so we have a seater hyundai trajet..
Avatar m tn Anyway I have been with this replaced doctor for a yr and a half, I had been explaining to him that 2 vicaprofen in a 24 hour period is not sufficient he by the way had taken me off the motrin and changed my Xanax to Ativan. I also have been on sonata 10 mg for all these yrs. I was given a urine test which is pretty normal, before I took it I told him that there would prob. not be hydrocodone in it as we had been discussing that I needed more pain relief.
Avatar f tn I have a real problem with insomnia I went to the doctor last week and got Sonata for sleep and I asked for clonadine because I knew that I would be out of pills this week and would be having w/d sysptoms. He did not want to give me that he gave me klonapin instead.. I have not told him I have a problem with pills. The sonata is not working for my insomnia so I have made an another appt to see him this week to see if I can get the clonadine.
Avatar m tn On Tuesday, February 3, 2009 -- I had my first full seizure – after weeks and weeks of emails to MedHelp and no advice – after a kind of environmental hell for a month!!! I was on Tegretol that day and so basically I conclude it doesn't work for me!!! See Mary’s post on “pulsating hyperacusis.” And mine! This seizure was brought on by allergies, low blood sugar, and being ignored for hours in the ER…and the effete and rough handling by the local EMS people!
Avatar f tn I was in an MVA in June 2009. I was hit from behind and pushed into another vehicle. The car that hit me never hit their brakes and was estimated to be traveling 55 to 60 mph. I have since suffered with terrible headaches. I was diagnosed with multiple spinal fluid leaks. I had a blood patch in January of this year and then another one in July. After the one in July my head was still hurting in the back. I was sent to a pain clinic that same day and had a nerve block administered.
4295582 tn?1358796415 for that price range, try going for a hyundai or a kia... they have awesome safety ratings for a low budget. I have a 2012 lancer and i paid $26,000...
Avatar f tn Have you tried Ambien or Sonata? I take Ambien (have been on it for about 4 years) - some nights it works well and others it's like I've taken a tic tac - but there are nights when nothing short of getting hit over the head with a hammer is going to help me sleep! I used to be on the CR version of the Ambien, until my insurance decided it wasn't going to cover that formula any longer, so now I'm back to the 10mg dose.

1580703 tn?1651904887 I was wondering if clonezapem might help PLMD the leg/arm twitching which may be waking me up?
Avatar f tn Weirdly he's into the classics. Beethoven and Mozart. Things like that. Moonlight sonata gets him real still and he doesn't move. When its over he kicks like crazy till I put it back on. Anything played on a piano or violin seems to sooth him. He also loves when I sing to him. Could be anything.
