I might risk the ocean....I am not sure why....maybe it is the salt water. But even that I would think dangerous. Put on the swim suit. Put the panty liner over your wound. Let the kids splash you without guilt. Run thru sprinklers...HAVE FUN!! ...but avoid total immersion. If it happens by accident...

you shouldn't wear a panty liner while swimming. it will just soak up the water and it won't do you any good. I would just wait until you are comfortable using tampons.

I was swimming in my pool and noticed these red dots all over my thigh, knee, and a little bit under my knee. They are small. They were bright red when i found them and a few minutes later they became a lighter red then became the bright red. Now you cant see them but i am itchy.
