A couple of things I am yet to find on here though, are to do with my hands, feet and face. Like many I experienced itching of the palms for quite a while and although that has gone, one thing that hasn't,t is how old both my hands and feet look. It is as if they both have lost a lot of fluid or something and have so became very wrinkled and loose.
the shaft looks swollen, wrinkled, darker and bumps are all over and the head its dry and fine lines is noticeable, on the top of the shaft bottom of the head where the shaft is start theres a darker line around the penis, and right under tahat line the skin is wrinkled all the way down bottom of the shaft, on the back side theres alot of bumps, there are days it is very irritating and itchy but there is no pain, nad i am having this symptoms for about 3 months now.
I know this question is not really srious,but does anyone out there on TX get a really heavy oily like film on the skin...i have to wash my face every 3 hours.it gets im my eyes and it burns ..and the weird thing is when i wake up in the morning afetr sleeping with my face buried in a pillow for 6 hours,just at waking up face is dry...its like it only happens when im up and about...
It has been 4 days and the seborrheic dermatitis seems to have gone however my skin has become very fragile and peels all over my forehead. If I have a shower and dry my face and rub my finger across my forehead skin just starts to peel all over, I read that peeling skin is a severe side effect of 'Nizoral'. What do I do, should I just stop using it or do I need to go to the Doctor?
t that bothersome. I also noticed a ring around some of my skin with the same dry, wrinkled symptoms. I am uncircumcised, and realized that this skin is the skin that when my foreskin is not pulled back, is at the end of my penis and leaves only the dry area of the head of my penis uncovered. I first (when looking on the internet) thought it may be very mild balanitis or psoriasis (which I have no history of), but now wonder if its just irritated skin.
I find water irritates my skin (including my palms), afterwards my skin is very dry and bright red (where my ezcema is, which is mostly my arms, legs, chest and face .. pretty much everywhere when you think about it lol). I find it's mostly warm/hot water, so I try to shower/wash my hands with colder water, which helps a little with the dryness. You could maybe try that.
Apply light vitamin E cream over the hands frequently and avoid prolonged exposure to water as this will cause the skin to dry and irritate the skin. The skin of the hands is usually thinner and more sensitive. It is also frequently exposed to irritants such as cleansers, detergents etc.
Is this true in your case?
Is there any underlying thyroid or hormone problem?
They look 70 years old. The skin is very wrinkled and I have big knuckles. Sometimes, my hands will be very hot for no reason and the veins will be bulging. It's to the point where if I leave my arms down, it feels like incredible discomfort. I am tired of living in constant humiliation. Trying to hide them all the time. I quit my serving job because I couldn't deal with people staring. Summer is always tough for me because I have to hide my hands.

Hello! I've been diagnosed with EDS for a few years now...
I was wondering does anyone know if its possible for people with our condition to get facial fillers? (Restylane, Juvederm, collagen, botox, or Retin- A creams?) The reason I ask is because I've noticed that the skin on my face is getting thin and wrinkled, especially around my stretchy eyes. ( due to EDS) I know it sounds vain, but I'm just been tired of feeling like an old lady my whole life...
After I take a bath or go swimming, my hands get extemely wrinkled. i know that its normal for your hand to get that way but mine is different. they wrinkle up SO much that they feel scaly. They also feel dry and tight. My mom says it could just be dehydration and that i should drink more water, but i have been drinking plenty lately. After that swine flu alert, i started using hand sanitizer. Could the hand sanitizer be the thing that effeecting my hands this way?
I have been taking Wellbutrin for about a year. It has helped me tremendously, but I have noticed drastic signs of aging in my skin. It's lost it's youthfulness, and is more wrinkled especially under my eyes. I have tried cremes, facials, peels, I drink tons of water, take a multi vitamin and omegas. Nothing works :( Is there anything I can do? The medicine has been wonderful, but my skin looks much older than it should (I am 40) and it is since I have been using Wellbutrin.
around day 4 I noticed that the skin under my eyes had become tender, red and slightly swollen. Then appeared wrinkled and puffy. I am 47 so although I do have some wrinkles .... this looks different ...droopy sort of and puffy at the same time. Slightly itchy as well. Do you think this is from the antibiotic? I have been finished with it for 2 days now. My eye sight is fine.
My breasts have been funny for about half a year now – the nipples sometimes invert (sometimes they raise up but it is along with the rest of the areola and breast). Sometimes they get itchy and it gets so intense that I can barely concentrate on anything else.
Usually they are covered in white flakes of skin and look sore pink/red. Some skin of the breast doesn't have flakes or anything on it, but it still looks weird and wrinkled.
