Avatar n tn i was on the shot for 3 months, my period was acting up. it took me 3 months to get back on it. i just started the trinessa birth control pill a month ago but i feel nauseated, i take it everyday and i am a week late. am i pregnant or is it the pill playing mind games with me?
Avatar n tn I am on trinessa. It is my first month on birth control ever and usually my periods are about 19-25 days apart. I am on my 3rd day of the inactive pills right now and have still not gotten my period. I originally went on birth control because my periods are so irregular and to protect myself against pregnancy. I took a pregnancy test two days ago just to settle my nerves and it came back negative. I still have not gotten it though.
Avatar f tn I was off it for about a month when we got pregnant.
Avatar m tn My birth control is Trinessa.
Avatar f tn Am I pregnant? We would be so delighted by the arrival of a baby in our home. When is it too soon to take a pregnancy test?
Avatar f tn t severe enough to warrant a trip to the ER, but the more times it happens, the more severe the pain is. When my family doctor was contacted regarding the CT results, I was told only that it showed no more cysts, which is what they said back in July when they did the ultrasound. Both of the diagnosed ruptures occurred on the first day of my period. Is that normal?
Avatar f tn I am currently on trinessa and have been for a couple of years. A few weeks ago I was on flagyl for bacterial vaginosis. I continued to take my birth control throughout at the same time every day and did not miss a pill. 11 days after I was off the antibiotics I did have sexual intercourse. Like I said, I continued to take my birth control as normal, and he withdrew before ejaculating. I also had been off the antibiotic for over a week. I am just concerned on my risk of pregnancy.
Avatar f tn Birth control pills have instructions about what to do in case of missed pills, including when you need to use a backup method. Usually missing one pill is fine. If you've been breastfeeding, that can also provide some protection against pregnancy (although I would certainly not rely on just that).
18026835 tn?1462471175 I'm 21 years old and have been on Trinessa for about 2 months. With the first month, my period was scheduled to start halfway through my pill cycle and instead I just spotted a little. And today I am spotting again and I'm not supposed to start for another 3 weeks. I'm very nervous and I don't want to be pregnant since it won't be my fiancée's and I don't want to deal with a baby from that awful situation....
Avatar f tn Not too long ago insurance switched me to trinessa. The first month of those I bled after intercourse when I still had one active pill left. It's been probably 3 month since the switch now. I take it around same time every day not exact. But it's my blank pills week and I have not been having my normal period. There is not much of a flow, it's mainly when I wipe.
Avatar m tn I am currently on TriNessa birth control and this is my 2nd month of being on the pill. I have a vacation planned in about 2 weeks and the timing lines up perfectly with when I am supposed to be on the 7 sugar pills. This means I will have my period during my vacation. I REALLY want to avoid this. Is it okay for me to skip the 7 sugar pills and go straight to taking a new pack of birth control, therefore skipping my period?
Avatar f tn Im taking TriNessa birth control and i was just wondering if the pills(or birth control pills in general) can make you have an extremely light periods or make you only have spotting or no period at all? my last period was really light and normally my periods are extremely heavy and have been till my last couple of periods. this time, i just spotted a bit and there's light blood when i wipe when going to the restroom maybe its too soon to tell but its worrying me just a lil.
Avatar f tn Well I took the two to make up for missing them along with the new pack with the white pills and have had my period ever since, going on 7 days with cramping and heavy bleeding, but the bleeding has since slowed yesterday. The cramping is different than what I have felt before, not constant. Comes and goes. Should I be alarmed, call my doctor?
Avatar f tn And also will our little mishap have caused us to get of again? She is also currently taking cephalexin for her cold and trinessa for birth control.... please help with any information you might have, thanks...
Avatar f tn Hey I had a couple questions my girlfriend is late on her period and is on birth control with TriNessa lo and takes the pills she didn’t receive her period yet and is on 5th inactive pill she’ll take a pill late sometimes but folllow up with 2 pills if she misses one from previous daywhat are the chances she is pregnant ?
Avatar n tn I started my period(bleeding) around the 25 or 27th of may. I started taking Trinessa on the 10th of may. I have been having protected sex for a while now(even though we are both tested). But I had unprotected sex 3 times last night, 2 times were pullouts and the 3rd time was not. Within a period of 2-3 hours. Could i get pregnant? I am not stupid and know about pre-*** and that the best way to avoid pregnancy is to practice abstinence but i messed up and need some advice asap.
Avatar f tn I guess I am wanting to know when will my period start again and is there any chance of a pregnancy.
Avatar n tn BEFORE I STARTED MY PERIOD I HAD UNPROTECTED SEX AND THEN ONE TIME RIGHT BEFORE MY PERIOD BUT THAT TIME I TOOK THE MOURNING AFTER PILL. MY QUESTION IS MY PERIOD WAS REALLLLLLY HEAVY I BLEED ALOT, NOW OUT OF NOWHERE I GOT BROWN DISCHARGE WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? CAN I BE PREGNAT AGAIN?
Avatar f tn Hi, I have a vacation coming up in a couple of weeks so I tried to skip this month's period so I could get my next period a week before I had to leave on vacation. I skipped the placebos and started taking the white pills of a new pack last Friday. However, I was already spotting that Friday and I have continued to bleed everyday since then. It has now been a week, I am on the light blue pills, and I'm still bleeding!!!
Avatar f tn I am on Trinessa birth control pills. I was wondering if I could use my birth control pills to start my period about a week early, only because my boy friend is coming home from the military the week that I am supposed to start my period and I don't really want this to happen. Any suggestions?
4274823 tn?1388529098 A few years ago I had a bad case of a cycle of yeast and bacterial infections. I believe it started when the stupid pharmacy changed my birthcontrol pills from ortho tri cyclin to trinessa. I had problems for at least a year non stop! It was the worst. My dr tried every kind of yeast treatment on me but all it did was give be a bacterial infection because the yeast was all gone, so when I was treated for the bacterial infection I got a yeast infection again.
Avatar f tn I am currently only on a BCP, Trinessa. comparted ota 2008 U/S the larger has grown a lot and hte smaller fibroid is new. Does this report look as though surgery to remove may be an option? I am sick of feeling crappy 80% of the time.
Avatar f tn Greetings, I just received a new set of labs in which I was tested 4 or 5 weeks apart from the last test. My dosage of WP Thyroid did not change (97.50 mg) and my T3 Free is through the roof. I feel as though I am not on anything: no energy, fatigued, memory problems, speech problems, etc.No heart issues or palpitations, either.
