Hello, thanks for your response! My stools keep changing, like I'll have diarrhea 3-4 times one day and then I'll have more solid stools twice the next day. And before I have to go I have really bad cramping. I do have ovarian cysts, and I'm supposed to start my period soon, so maybe that's the cramping. But it's worrying me. I know I need to go to the doctor, but I have bad anxiety that I'm working on.

When you are ready to really get clean you will move heaven and earth and do whatever it takes to get there. It is no fun but we have abused our bodies and it has to heal. This doesnt happen overnight. There are things to do to be proactive during this time. Supplements help, exercise, thinking positive and the most important one....aftercare. The longer you use the worse it will get. Getting clean is the easy part, staying clean is the hard one. Dig deep and come out fighting.

Just so you don't worry yourself the darkness or lightness on a HPT only shows how much dye is on the stick not how much HCG is present. it's only pos or neg a HPT can't tell you how far along you are. I had spotting (pinkish and light brown) for just one day and then it went away, and I wanted to know what the chances are that it was implantation bleeding. This happened to me last week on Thurs. afternoon through Fri. morning and then it just vanished! I didn't have another spot until yesterday, Friday, a whole week later!! Again I had the very light spotting (only when I wiped), it lasted half a day and vanished again!

Like trama said its going to vary in length dependent not just what you took and for how long but I imagine things like weight and metabolism will have effects also. And vertigo is persisting. Is it a continuous one or just off and on? What brings it on? Is the vertigo associated with any noises or humming in the ear/s? Is there any sensation of fullness in the ear/s? Can you walk? How is your sleep? Are you a diabetic or hypertensive? Do you have any other illness?

First post was 3 hours ago ....I'm so tired , I felt fine 30 minutes ago and so I went back to sleep , as I am falling asleep it happens again , my stomach does sort of a spasm..and then I get cold , shake and here I am again on the computer trying to get my mind to calm down . I 'm not bad but I feel nausea and I want to sleep , I can't ..How long will this last for ....it has never happened like this ..I almost want to go to the hospital so they can give me something to sleep....

m thinking you are saying the RLS is what is waking you up and keeping you up.If thats the case...exercise,hot baths,bananas for the potassium and Walmart sells an otc med called Hylands Restful legs.I hope this helps some.it gets better so hang in there the both of you and Congrats on the clean time!!!
