in one spot on my face there is a pore that produces insane amounts of a white, waxy substance. it feels like a bump underneath my skin and with a little pressure i can squeeze out this white waxy film. there is no pain and it doesnt itch. it started about 3 weeks ago and i'm 30 years old and have no acne. what could this be? thanks for the help.

I think that oil based products will greatly help in getting rid of waxy skin/hair and also patm as a whole. I applied oil on my hair before i went to sleep and when i woke up i washed my hair with water and within 2 days there was no more waxy material on my hair but i tried the same thing on my skin and it didnt work. The oil that i used was specifically made for "repairing damaged and dry hair" so i think that pure oil will work on your skin. Lmk if it works for you.
Lately, I have noticed these yellowish/brownish,waxy crusts on the crown area of my scalp. These waxy crusts attach themselves to hair follicles, and if picked at, come off with clumps of hair (sometimes 4 or 5 hairs together). These crusts do not itch or burn. I also have some redness/flaking skin occurring around my nose, eyebrows and forehead. I have done some research and the symptoms of my scalp and face seem to be consistent with seborrhiec dermatitis.
It felt terrible! Atleast two inches of my hair had a terrible waxy feel to it. I thought I had just left conditioner in it so the next day I showered a few days later and it never came out! It only got worse! I lived with it. Every few showers and it would go away but it come back A's quickly As it left. It's caused much frustration to me and I'm starting to really become desperate. My mother refuses to take me to the doctor and it's been going on forever.

2 1/2 weeks later (today) it seems more like a waxy (maybe a faint white color or shiny spot, with a red outline around the (wax), i notice a slight foul smell which comes around 4 hours after a shower, and the size seems to grow and shrink both in swelling and in diameter slightly, even when i leave it alone, i have been tested to stds including hsv-2 and it was negative. i researched it and thought it may resemble Balanitis? Balanitis can be fungal or bacterial.

My foreskin appears to have thickened and perhaps my penis slightly , the foreskin and end of the penis is shiny and waxy , any form of sexual contact slightly inflames the foreskin and makes the outer skin of the penis slightly red and the fore skin red ( not sore as such but red slightly irritable and a bit swollen)

Hi Hope someone can help me, my son went to the pedi when he was 6 months old, when the dr retracted his penis( only a little bit) there was this yellowish waxy bump on the tip of his penis. It is not on the side like a spegma pearl, it is allmost next to the opening of the penis. It looks like a waxy yellow bump that cant drop away. The pedi said it was fine. When he was 9 month i took him to a different pedi for something else and ask he must have a look.
My 2 1/2 yr old labrador has an allergy (to what? unknown at moment). I refuse to put my dog under anesthesia, so they can flush his ear out. It's like a very dark brown waxy buildup and his ear is very irritated. He shakes his head all the time because his ear itches. This is more a qualitative question to those that have had the lens implanted than a medical question. I had the HD lens implanted two and a half months ago and my distance vision is waxy. I measured 20/20 on that so accurate Snellen chart (how many fingers do you see? ...3.. ok your good). At night, well lets just say thank God it is my non-dominant eye or I would be Mr. Magoo on steroids.
I hope I can throw all the blame on the whipping boy called PCO.
