I have been prescribed Cialus ( every other day) Insurance won't cover any of it. They are about $20/pill. I have some viagra but they are about 8 years old. Should I use them?? Are they safe??
There are many drugs (at least for humans) to treat pulmonary hypertension other than viagra. Try posting this question to Dr. Cheng at the "Ask a Vet" expert forum - I'm sure she could give you a list of other medications that would not be as expensive as name-brand viagra as well as some holistic treatment methods.
Can viagra be crushed. I am proscribed 25mg of viagra which I buy as 50mg pills to save money and cut in half. Cutting a viagra in half is not easy because they are hard coated and not scored (and oddly shaped). I find that 25mg is a little too much since it has side effects (a low blood pressure feeling, even though I don't think my blood pressure is really low). I have tried cutting the 50mg into fourth (very difficult), but this seems like a little too little.
I had no idea that viagra affects liver. I will tell my boyfriend about that. He takes it from time to time. He currently is undergoing tx, week 12. Lots of side effects, the worst - sores in throat, lesion under his tounge. He can't eat, drink nor talk. Lost 18 lbs. He takes pain killers but is afraid of possible addiction. Anybody has the same side effects? Any suggestions in terms of diet?
is it safe to take viagra or Cialis? any how many mg is recommended?
www.medhelp.org/forums/show/113. viagra affects the vascular system, so low blood pressure could be impacted by this drug. I'm wondering whether you've pursued non-pharmacological options? Many erection concerns aren't physiological in nature, but rather the result of behavioral or emotional issues.
Hello Doctor, I have been taking doxycyclene for about 7 days now, and have about 3 days worth of prescription to go. If i take viagra a couple of hours after i have taken my normal dose of doxy, will it cause bad reactions to my body. What about energy drinks, are they safe to take also. I wouldnt take my doxy at the same time, it would be a few hours later after taking doxycyclene. Thank you for your responses Dr!!!! You are a GREAT help!!!!!

www.medhelp.org/forums/show/113 viagra affects the vascular system, and the Ventilan inhaler website cautions against use by people with vascular or heart conditions, so this is definitely a concern. I'm wondering whether you've pursued non-pharmacological options? Many erection concerns aren't physiological in nature, but rather the result of behavioral or emotional issues.

A little backgorund of my problem: During sex I usally last 2 minutes and well sometimes I find it difficult sometimes to always maintain a firm erection even if i exceed the 2 min to like 5 min. But I do get frim erections at the begining of sexual intercourse.
Thank you for your question and contribution to this forum. Pharmacologically, you wouldn't expect viagra to help in help in the area of urinary continence after surgery, as the functional mechanisms are separate for continence and potency. These functional outcomes after surgery often happen in concert with each other. Anecdotally, many of my patients experience complete urinary control after the catheter is removed 7 days after surgery, although potency may come several weeks later.
After taking viagra-Cialis I suddenly lost hearing in one ear. I thought it would go away. It has not. It has been 6 days now. I Googled the subject and found that the FDA issued an Alert about this problem in October of 2007, however nowhere on the Web can I find out what to do abut the problem or what the ear doctors will do except examine the ear and just hope it goes away. Naturally, I have stopped taking the drug.

and feel of the forum bothers me... I wish there was a way to either change it back or have a setting to view it the old way. Change of any kind bothers me, even something small like this. "Was this question helpful to you?" Yes, No ... give me a break... Not everything is a yes no matter... Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! I just needed to get that out of my system.
Sex sells, especially to men - car commercials, beer commercials, etc. I am a little uncomfortable with viagra and tampon commercials, etc., and commercials that go into too much detail about toilet paper, etc. Not terribly uncomfortable, but kind of . . um, I don't want to hear that kind of detail. What really bothers me is posters for Abercrombe and Fitch, and stores like that. I'm really put off by nearly nude pictures of young teenagers.
My maximum dosage will be 5mgs a day. I may start using viagra soon and I would like to know if it would be safe to use the 2 drugs together. Thank you very much for your help. I know I need to see a physcian but there is no point if I am not a suitable candidate for viagra to begin with. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear George, Thank you for your question. The major drug that is a contraindication to taking viagra is nitroglycerin or any form of nitro. Persons with heart disease should check with their physician before taking this or any new medications.
Anyone, upon noticing the forum needs a hoot, could start this thread. That way those in need of a lift could go directly to the thread knowing laughter is waiting. The comedy can be tx, hcv or life related; i.e. like when someone in tx drops the white tampon thingy in the toilet and bawls her eyeballs out over it....;-).

Hello Ratchet, I am sorry that there are not any physicians on this forum. You may want to return to the forum page and look at the right side. There you can find the lists of expert forums headed by physicians. In my opinion much depends on the type of aphrodisiac to which you are referring. Dark chocolate is considered an aphrodisiac and according to some medical professionals in small amounts dark chocolate can be beneficial to heart health.
I am a diabetic and my Dr. says I have to live with it. I also have high blood pressure, so the normal viagra, etc route is not in the picture. My wife wants to make love but I can't. Do I just have to live with it? God, I hope not.
on doing this i found some oral jelly and some brown pills called penegra in the drawer, when i asked him what these pills were he said they were viagra that he had from some friend at work, i asked him to get rid of them for the sake of his own health & he then said that the pills were female viagra and that he put some in my cup of tea once but i didnt drink it.
i keep myself fit and healthy but i was recently in ibiza on a 4 day stag do and it got abit out of hand, lots of drugs were consumed, ecstasy, cocaine, fake viagra pills and ejaculoid(volume pills).. on the last night i had sex with a hooker and although i wore a condom..within several hours a brown/grey scab appeared on the head of my penis on the right hand side and also a tiny 1 right next to my urethra. no pain from either of the scabs.
I apparently have low testosterone, and have been using Androgel for that. I've also tried, viagra, and it works like a CHARM pretty much every time. Here's the thing: I'm a very sexually open person, and I've recently experimented with a few threesomes and foursomes. In each of those cases, despite using the viagra, I was unable to get an erection. There's no doubt, I was tremendously nervous and worried about it going into the experience.
I apologize in advance for double posting, I posted orignally on the STD forum, but found it may be better fit here. Recently my girlfriend and I were curious and wondered what viagra would be like. I took a full pill and for a few hours we had sex, however it ended in her using her hand, dry and vigorously, to finish it. Shortly after, the erection went away. The next day the skin on my penis, mostly around the head, became very dry (like a sand paper feeling) and constantly itchy.
