3ml. I asked if I could also take Viagra. He said I could take 1/2 Viagra and 0.2. It worked but not for long enough. After 20 min or so of foreplay, it partly or totally disappears. I went up to 0.25 with the same result. I'm sure if I had gone right at it in the first 15 min or so it would have worked out well. However, we enjoy foreplay. My question is, would continuing to gradually raise the dose increase the time the erection would remain? I read that the starting dose for many is 0.
Can Viagra be crushed. I am proscribed 25mg of viagra which I buy as 50mg pills to save money and cut in half. Cutting a viagra in half is not easy because they are hard coated and not scored (and oddly shaped). I find that 25mg is a little too much since it has side effects (a low blood pressure feeling, even though I don't think my blood pressure is really low). I have tried cutting the 50mg into fourth (very difficult), but this seems like a little too little.

Pharmacologically, you wouldn't expect Viagra to help in help in the area of urinary continence after surgery, as the functional mechanisms are separate for continence and potency. These functional outcomes after surgery often happen in concert with each other. Viagra will prolong your erection but I’ll suggest you to consult your physician before starting on Viagra and rule out certain important diseases like hypertension, coronary artery disease before starting on Viagra. Viagra can cause hypotension (low BP) and can tend to worsen hypertension and coronary artery disease.

I have this problem of going soft right in the middle of the performance. I used to be great earlier, may be age is catching up. I understand that Viagra is good option but I have this fear of side effects (may be unfounded but still a fear), and I have history of drug reactions.

Please try Viagra if you are a woman who has MS. The study for efficacy of Viagra in women which is currently in progress is a study for sexual enhancement for women. So it has nothing to do with MS. Viagra increases blood flow and it helps a lot. It will drop your blood pressure and you don't want it to drop to a dangerous level, so you need to monitor it. Start with the minimum effective dose which is 25mg and see if it does something for you.
