a bunch of veggies and pour balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and basil leaves on them in a bowl. yum.
I do the easy veggies: celery, tomatoes, brocolli, cauliflower, cabbage, carrots.
You can chop up a whole bunch and keep them in the refrigerator.
Also, most of the super markets around here now carry sodium free soups, and chili, and beans.
Cottage cheese (low fat) and fruit like peaches or pears.
Just a salad made from lettuce and tomatoes.
Can of wild atlantic salmon.
