
In my case now, I'm going to physical therapy for ultrasound therapy, heat,
massage, and specific exercises.. and will begin aquatic therapy as soon as my therapists feel I'm up to it.
I also go to YouTube to view Erik Dalton's myoskeleton alignment videos and have my partner, a bodyworker do some of these easy techniques. Erik Dalton is a genious and way ahead of his time. What he does for pain management is amazing.
