Depending on where the pain is coming from, how severe it is, and any other symptoms associated with it will tell you if its serious or not. Whenever jn doubt its best to always check with your doctor. For me gas has been extremely painful. I thought I was having a miscarriage one night because of it.

What I am experiencing is a non stop stomach ache. I have no appetite and I have to force myself to drink fluids, like koolaide, Gatorade, and water because I always feel full. This has been going on now for over a week straight and is driving me crazy. Of course just due to the withdraw your mind goes crazy and you think crazy thoughts, but this non stop stomach ache has me scared that I have stomach cancer or that something else is wrong.
This pregnancy ive had a stomach ache at least once a day since about 5w and im 7w 2d now. I had a miscarriage in october and at first I was scared thinking it was happening again, but I can assure you that if it was a miscarriage it would have progressivly gotten worse and not stopped. Not to mention those cramps are blinding pain! The best thing to do is tp check with your dr, but being that ypu had a bowel movement and they have since stopped im going to say it was just a basic stomach ache.
It went away a few days later. I have no other symptoms. They were on my stomach and thighs and were small red, pimply and itchy and my face was also quite sensitive to touch. At the time of the possible infection I also had the morning after pill and started the pill. I'm really worried because it was in the time frame of a rash showing up, but I didn't have other symptoms like fever. I felt fine just like I did before the rash showed.
My blood and urine results come back normal but the ache is still there, it's a ache in the lower stomach/hip it's annoying more than painful
Friday, I went out to eat with my family, when we left the resteraunt, I felt fine, but after about 45 minutes, I got a horrible stomach ache. I layed down and I felt like I was going to throw up, and I could only sleep in 45 minute spurts. All of the sudden, my stomach started to feel better, so I fell asleep for a suffiecient amount of time. When I woke up, I felt just fine, until about 20 minutes later, my stomach started to hurt again. I layed down the whole day.
I have many symptoms such as frequent headaches and urination, back aches, bloated, emotional, but i also have this soarness in my stomach i get it sometimes near my belly button, im also nacious. For the previous 4-5 months, I had a dull stomach ache, or a stomach gnawing almost everyday.... - I had no idea what was wrong with me,,,,and I almost began to believe that I was crazy.....I was given bloodwork testing for heart, thyroid, cholesterol, liver, diabetes....and Pylori bacteria (cause of ulcers)....all tests came back okay.....most recently had a Upper GI done and acid reflux was confirmed....went on Zantac 150 for 8 weeks - two pills a day.....
