I used a pack n play for my daughter, who just turned one. She recently figured out how to climb out of it, and also that she can tip it over if she tries hard enough,. Up until then, it was really great because we are living in a tiny apartment for now, and it didn't take up too much room. We're using a graco pack n play for the first 6 months. My sister just bought one bc we tried it out on her kid and she loves it. It has an insert that clips on to the sides and is really stable. You can put a matress on that or just lay it on the bottom.

That'll be a good idea...My daughter slept in her pack and play until she was 7 months but she could've slept in it longer. The one we got her had the bassinet part in the top and it was $70 at walmart. I used it about 2 and a half years ago and it still looks brand new. I could still use it this time around but idk if its a girl or not.
