I make my own which is cheap and easy to do and I apply it topically to the effected areas daily (takes seconds using a cotton pad) I also wash my hair with ACV once a week and I do not rince it out (there is no odour once its dried). Acv is a natural antibacterial agent and ph balances my skin to the acidic level it needs to be to fight this scourge. I have this afflîction under complete control.
