Okay so I went to the doctors yesterday and when they weighed me and I was in shock. I did not like the number.. I'm 10 weeks and 3 days and shouldn't be reaching I high weight right now. Am recently dx with asthma already have ventolin inhaler and now also have clenil modulite...since starting it have been feeling ill and exhausted and coughing till sick and when I take it choke on it . been on it a week don't think it's helping so have gone a day without and feel so much better....yes am still coughing but am not feeling ill or tired at all...... has anyone else got similar experiences?

also im on a mission to lose weight, i find it really dificult to run and i dont find i get the results that i want from aqua aerobics and swimming. is there anything you can reccomend? fanx!

I am 23 yrs old and I am allergic to all pets that have fur or feathers, as well as tabacco, dust, grass, and dandelion. I take cetirizine hydrochloride and Rhinocort everyday. However, a few months ago, I started to get an itchy/tingly feeling in my teeth, throat, chest, and toungue. I got it almost everyday, and sometimes for several days straight. My doctor said it might be a side affect of the antihistimine. So, I have switched to loratadine and have been using this one for a few months.

By the way, it is not necessary to gain a ton of weight during pregnancy either--often anywhere between 10-25 lbs is sufficient for a healthy baby. By the way--congratulations! Best!

Qvar and Rhinocort are corticosteroids. These depress the immune system and lead to osteoporosis. Steroids can also cause adrenal fatigue, especially with long-term use. I have sworn off all steroids, having suffered the worst of their side effects. I take albuterol and antihistamines and, in the place of steroids, take natural anti-inflammatories which safe, cheap, and more effective than steroids. But, hey, the drug companies can't make any money on them.

I am on steroid inhalers for asthma medication ( Advair, Rhinocort aqua nasal spray) and regularly take Claritin and Singulair. Does this delay Ab production? Thanks for your time on this.

No I have not had a topical steroid prescribed, I go see the dentist on next Tuesday, the only medication i am prescribed is Valtrex, Singulair, Rhinocort, and Yaz, just started Yaz this month. However, been on Valtrex consist for a year nearly now.

Especially with weight lifting, and I mean very LIGHT weight lifting, like a 5 lb. weight. I get SO SORE after this, it's ridiculous. And the soreness lasts for days. Also, I do the stationary bike and elliptical and my hips and low back hurt from that. I go in the pool to swim and my shoulders hurt. The doctor says to exercise, and I always have, I have worked out my whole life, 20 years in this gym, but now I find that I have so much pain from anything I do.

I too suffer with awful post nasal drip and also gerd. I take zyrtec and Rhinocort Aqua, it is nasal spray and it does help. I have tried other nasal sprays but this one seems to work the best.

my aunt has fibromyalgia and she is in aqua therapy and it does help. she said it makes such a difference in the pain.

I have tried Fexofenadine, Loratadine, Rhinocort and Flixonase, all work to an extent but do not cure me completely. I sometimes feel that taking a nasal spray actually makes me more susceptible to catching colds! Anyway, after a bad chest infection a year and a half ago I was given a Ventolin inhaler as well. This helped at the time top open my chest up. Now, since then I ALWAYS wake up in the middle of the night with a wheezing throat, some times a cough as well.

After the first session of an hour which I managed well and really enjoyed, my arms and hands (except little fingers) were tingling and buzzing. This continued for about 30 minutes after. I had no such tingling while I was doing the session. I understand that certain activities can make things worse, and having the syrinx could also account for this sensation.
