Typically, the best diet
for PCOS is the same one used
for diabetics. That would be
foods that are high in fiber, protein and fat, but low on the glycemic index - meaning they don't spike the blood sugar levels.
This means you would best eliminate things like white bread, pasta and rice and replace them with the whole grain versions and brown rice.
Center your meals round veggies, healthful fats, lean protein, nuts, seeds, dairy, eggs, etc.
