I was thinking I need to lower my SHBG and ESTRADIOL levels since my % Free Testosterone is off the charts low. Maybe I need more free testosterone. I really don't know much about this, please let me know what you think.

Thus, I began taking L-Arginine, 1500 mg. twice a day. It has helped but it has not solved the problem.

Suboxone not only effects sex drive it effects Testosterone levels. There is a lot of misunderstanding of this out there. So far in the Last 7-8 months, i have been put on Cabergoline x 2 weekly and it has according to my 6 months checkup lowered my prolacting levels and shrunk it a little but he never gave much detail of how much.

It is important that you keep taking your replacement testosterone as it can cause issues of it's own. I'm not sure about the estrogen relationship.
If your taking your meds and still feeling depressed maybe you need a adjustment in your meds.
The doctor checked my testosterone level due to and adverse affect of opiates, and I didnot have any. He put me on supplemental testosterone, but I have read it would come back naturally and taking supplements will stop the natural production of my testosterone. Anyone had this issue.
