Went to a different doctor. Testosterone came out to 305, and my response to Viagra was the same. He said that maybe the propecia reset my system, and now my body is producing less testosterone that it needs for the sexual function that I am looking for. He said that although my testosterone levels may be normal (even though they are on the low side of the scale), my body needs more. He said that he would not recommend testosterone because too many side effects.

I do not want to stop taking Propecia because it has done wonders for my hair. Propecia has halted my hair loss and has re-grown considerable amount of hair. Thus, I need to address my erection problems while still being able to take Propecia. I read that L-Arginine could help with my erectile problems and that it works similar to Viagra. Thus, I began taking L-Arginine, 1500 mg. twice a day. It has helped but it has not solved the problem.
I am not a physican but it does seem that your Estroidal is a little high. I am 56 yrs. old with low testosterone. I take self administered testosterone injections every two weeks.Makes me have more energy,libido, and motivation. My endocrinologist ordered some tests and found that my testosterone was 250. That is really really low. It has hovered at around that level for about a year. A healthy person my age should have a total testosterone of between 700-1000. I don't know what my normal T levels were before but they must have been much higher than 250.
