Also, klonopin is very different from other benzos in that it is longer lasting in effect (theoretically) and also takes longer to take effect, which is why it's so often prescribed to be taken daily whereas all recent advice is to only take benzos when necessary.
When I came off of it, my doc put me on a taper as I came off of it. I did notice some side effects like naseau and increased anxiety, however I kept an open line of communication with the doc. I asked if it would be okay to go on a slower taper as I came off of it. He agreed and the slower taper seemed to help with the side effects.

I have been on reflux meds for the past 5yrs and have had numerous side effects from hyperhydrosis, a tremor in my hand (which I was on propranolol for about 1yr 9mths for), and most recently a tic has developed in my eyelids. The hydrosis has finally went away (4.5yrs later) and the hand tremor is minimal but my eyelids are going nuts. I am assuming its the drugs for reflux (I am having surgery for that soon). Does anyone know of anything else that would be causing this?
