In 6 healthy volunteers, we confirmed the cross-reactivity of levofloxacin or ofloxacin with these opiate screening assays.

I have some sore on foreskin of my penis 3months ago, at first i'd go to doctor then he gave me ciprofloxacin, and it's getting better, and i was stopped the dosage, that time the sore is happend again. so i go to doctor again, he give me ofloxacin, it's getting better but when i stopped the dosage yesterday, now a sore is happend again inner foreskin of my penis. so. . . what should i do? may be i was masturbate yesterday, i don't wanna go to doctor again, please help.

One thing that worries me, I read in some websites, Ofloxacin will mask Syphilis test or symptoms. And I think, Inoflox is Ofloxacin? How about Amoxicilin and Zinnat? My concern is all these antibiotics might mask the Syphilis infection, if I was infected from the exposure causing false negative in the test. Need your advice on this, doctor. 7, it was one of my worst experiences ever, they gave me cold bathes, sponging, ice and all, well it got over some how, and i was give 21 injections of meronem 1g three times a day for seven days along with azithromycin 500mg per day. It should have cleared the typhoid but well it did not. Hello Gimel The anxiety is from morning till about noon. I get jittery then too- hands arms ect.. I have nervous energy 10 min after when I get out of bed. Way too much energy its puzzling. More muscle tightness. As the early evening approaches, I feel less anxious., become calm but not tired, but get more headaches. After having unprotected sex the head of my penis got itchy in the inside of the hole and had a very little amount of discharge. I'm a 40 year-old American living in Thailand. A few months ago I had unprotected sex with a female coworker. is it possible that the rash is the result of taking the Ofloxacin, and more specifically, perhaps the result of a build up of bacteria (yeast)? If so, will taking the Doxycycline clear up the rash, or will it just increase the amount of yeast bacteria build up, and thus worsen a rash that could be the result of excess candida in the body?

Hi Doctor, I got an urethritis that was treated incorrectly. I'm male 28 years. 2010 in September I got some bug by sexual intercourse with my neighbor at that time. I got symptoms, especially pain when urinating. I went to the local urologist here in the countryside where I live. Despite several examinations nothing was found. The doctor gave me several different antibiotics which worked to some degree but couldn't resolve the issue.

Ciprofloxacin has been linked to rare but occasionally severe and even fatal cases of acute liver injury..... i m not a doctor but this is not assuring, our doctor always used agumentin, check with your doctor if that is suitable for your problem.

I contracted NGU through oral sex and was prescribed 10 days of Ofloxacin. I had urine test at 21 after the last pill which came out negative. My question is if it was too early to test? I still have clear discharge 1-2 times per week in the morning.

Well with the discharge gone and not returning as of yet (knock on wood) it does mean it is getting better.
