I was finally able to find a surgical center to perform my cataract surgery (severe anemia). Began the moxifloxacin drops before surgery, no problems. After surgery, I started the Ketorolac and the prednisolone drops. Surgery was late Wednesday, took drops once, then on Friday morning, I awakened to a rash on both forearms that itch like mad and are on fire.

Immediately I saw doctor they gave following drops and eye oinment for three days.(Moxifloxacin, olopat and ciplox oinment). But still the redness are in my eye so suddenly they changed drops go to Predisolone acetate and cyclopent for 15 days. I am taken these course for 15 days and the redness and pain was reduced again it will occurs doctors are increased the same dose for 30 days.Once completed the course the redness and pain is not there.

hey there, badgerMR. to be honest, i took metronidazol just one day after i took my azythromicine (i know, shouldn't self-diagnose), but I took them anyway. and it did not help. it important to keep up with the drops and get rid of the yeast, try massaging the outside of the ear after you put the drops in....the ear is feeling wet and irritated thats why he is shaking his head. the hematoma may not improve until after you are done the course of ear drops, than I hope it will slowly go down.:( good luck..

Three days later, it only moved the wax to completely block my ear (and hearing) so I went to see a doctor who syringed it out. I honestly would ask your doctor... I think it depends on the ear drops or it might not matter at all but during pregnancy you're not really allowed to take anything for infections..

Still blocked and in incredible pain onto ear antibiotics drops w/steroroids. These were just sitting in my ear. I went to an ENT he removed pus said I had a horrible infection did not know how I was up and about. He put me on a different antibiotic/steriod concetrate drops. 4 days later I could not hear at all. I went in and he drained more pus, cultured my ear, said that I had a fungus infection. He injected a lotimin cream in my ear. Now I really cannot hear and I am still miserable.
