Would it be better to take methylphenidate first and bupropion several hours later? Or just spread them out further? (Taking them at the same time creates the same anxiousness, so I'd like to stagger them.) Or should I get a lower dosage of methylphenidate? (Or does this reaction really mean I do not have ADD?)
Also, I *love* coffee--but I fear caffeine on top of this mixture just makes it a bit too much. Should I switch to decaf?

I just found out I was pregnant. I have been on 2 10/325 3 times a day since December since I broke my kneecap and found out I have a very rare wrist condition I was supposed to have surgery on on the 22 nd. I also have ADHD and been on Ritalin. I have weened myself down by a half a pill a day. Yesterday was the last one and I feel terrible. My back hurts I have no energy and I can't think straight. How long will this last and how bad will it be to come off the Ritalin?
Nowadays I eat really well, exercise everyday (yoga, kickboxing and running) and am a vegetarian. I use lots of teas and plants. Does anyone know a natural solution to help concentration? I wouldn't wanna take Adderal or anything of the sort. I'm experimenting with 5HTP and although it does wonders for my moods I don't think it helps in this way.
12 to 14 hours for Vyvanse and 8 to 10 for Concerta. Thats very close to all day coverage and not necessary.
Second, they are of two different chemical classes. Concerta is a methylphenidate based medicine, while Vyvanse is an amphetamine based med. Usually you go to an amphetamine based because your methylphenidate is not working for you.
The only possible reason I can think of to take both would be to turn off your mind at night so you could go to sleep and stay asleep.
I have been taking 60mg 3 times a day for about 1.5 years i believe, and have never had a problem before.
This summer I *DID* take more than 60 for about a month (don't know what I was thinking), but dropped back down to 60/day and have been on 60 again for a least a month now, but for the last several days I've taken much, much less because I'm having chest tightness and trouble breathing.

Regrettably, much of the literature and promotion of the drug in recent years has ignored or understated the potency and abuse potential of methylphenidate and Ritalin. This appears to have misled many physicians into prescribing the drug as a quick-fix for learning and behavior problems.
I want to emphasize that matters of this kind are vital but cannot be simplified.
your son has apparently experienced positive results with Concerta which is a form of methylphenidate, while Adderall is a form of dextroamphetamine (Ritalin and Dexedrine). Frequently the forms of methylphenidate work better for ADHD Hyperactive while the dextroamphetamines work better for the Inattentive.
Which is your son? To compound matters further if he is an "active" young man, is his activity "motor" or "distractablitIy" driven?

My PCP tested me 5 years ago but until I started going to counseling I hadn't taken it seriously, after seeing a counselor last year, she ASKED me if I'd ever been tested for ADHD and I was shocked but it became obvious when I started researching. I've been intravenously using methamphetamine on a daily basis for over a year now. I am currently shooting about 1 to 1.5 grams a days. is this mix ok? i used to take Wellbutrin and Lamictal,but now only Lamictal. my therapist feels i need something to boost my concentration and Wellbutrin didnt work.
I suffered 27 years following a tbi. With normal MRI and CT and no seizure I was told my symptoms were CONVERSION DISORDER. I KNEW this was not psychological in any way. BUT the more I tried to get help ;the more the doctors were convinced I as malingering, faking, delusional or worst.
IT HAS BEEN the most difficult life barely able to take care of myself and only suicide made sense.
My doctor has me on welubturon 150mg, strattera 25mg and klonopin 1mg. The klonopin for sleep. I love the way the other two make me feel throughout the day. Focused, happy. However, I work for a gym and my physical abilities are very important as they are my job. Ever since I've started the strattera, I'm only able to give about 60% and I still feel flu'ish. Weak, sick, cold sweats. That's not me. They want me to try this for three weeks.
She has been diagnosed with cirrhosis stage 1 5 years ago, and doctors says she is doing well and that the liver function is good. Her tests are well says the doctors and she does not drink any alcohol.
I am not sure, but suspects that she has been using legal drugs such as synthetic cathinones (N ethyl hexedrone, methylphenidate) not very often but on multiple occasions as well as xanax. My question is if occasional use by itself will cause further damage to her liver.
