Avatar f tn I woke up to it snowing. And it's going to stay cold all day long. I guess it's time to go shopping for a jacket that will zip up.
Avatar m tn about an hour ago, i put on a jacket that was sitting in my trunk for 2 weeks and i noticed a strange odor so i started to sniff the wrist/arm part for about 5 seconds and it was a strange funky smell.
Avatar f tn My dog will also run to her cage and shiver until we put the blanket over it. There is a thunder jacket out there which are pretty pricey but people rave about how well they work so of course I purchased one. When a thunder storm started we put the jacket on her right away but she really wasn't too happy about it. I think if we stuck with it, it would have worked out but you can't keep a jacket on them at al time. I haven't found anything else that works! Wish you luck!
Avatar m tn Before placing my hand in the jacket pocket, I asked was there anything in the pocket aand she said no. So, I went ahead and put my hand in there and I felt something, but It was just gum wrapper. On my way home, I began to think "What if those people put a needle/syringe in her jacket pocket, so it could stick her when she placed her hand in it. My questions are: 1.

Avatar f tn Well, some kids with neurological issues do not regulate temperature very well or do not receive appropriate signals from their nervous system that they are cold (or hot). Is this what you are talking about? You see this with autism and sensory issues sometimes.
Avatar n tn t bother to ask me if I had any updates on my medical record which of course there was 24 weeks pregnant and they put only one jacket on when they Took the x-ray then later told me that they usually put two on for pregnant people just in case but I started freaking out has this ever happened to anyone and how bad is it really #WorriedMother
Avatar f tn For baby just a going home outfit: long sleeve onsie and pants or a sleeper So they wont need a jacket or sweater. If you go with a short sleeves outfit id go with a thin sweater seeing as june over here its hot idk where you are and it may be cold..
Avatar f tn I haven't had bad morning sickness, but I have had some of the sensations you're describing. I live in the south so our weather is still in the fifties and sixties, but even when I wear a light jacket I feel stuffy, hot, and like I can't get enough air. It's at its worst in the car! Luckily as soon as I get the jacket off and cool down with lots of air, I feel better. Best of luck to you! I know it's worrisome.
Avatar n tn I waited a few minutes of course while she finished up with me... then I went, but my hand rubbed my jacket... my pants... her jacket... and then her pants... and I remember it feeling dry (not completely sure... I really hope I am) then I barely went in... I "teased" her by entering about a finger nails length, maybe less, and then just rubbing the tip of the opening without thinking... She and I both remembered and Our hearts both sank...

7831604 tn?1399711007 ^ I agree! I would wear a dress as well..especially if you are further along..
Avatar n tn Yeah like I said I washed my hands after feeding the ducks so if there were any germs, they would have been on my jacket. I was just worried about then transferring germs from my jacket around and getting sick. I'm a bit of a germophobe so I'm using this experience to try to break that haha.
Avatar f tn m on my third baby and we dressed ours in pants, socks, long sleeve shirt or onesie, jacket over that, a hat, and then a blanket over them when we went outside my oldest was born in August, my second was born in October, and I'm having this one in August as well
Avatar f tn I'll be delivering in February so I really need to find a nice warm winter jacket that will be able to fit me and baby. I've had bad colds all summer and I'm hoping to stay healthy for delivery. I live in tx and the little bit of snow we get hits January-March the most. Any good fluffy jackets ladies?
Avatar m tn I was walking through a shopping mall where an old lady asked me to put a remembrance poppy on my jacket. I went forward and she put one on my jacket. Immediately after that, I tried to adjust the poppy that I figure out the pin in the poppy pricked my finger and there was a drop of blood coming out from my finger. I have been freaked out about this incident if she had HIV virus and also pricked herself before putting poppy on me. Please assess my risks and when should I get an HIV test ?
Avatar f tn I packed 3 outfits, hats, mittens, socks, a swaddling blanket, a regular baby blanket, and bc im having a boy and he will be circumcised before we go home im bringing my own Neosporin + pain reliever bc i dont think they'll give me that and it helped my first son sooo much

Avatar f tn If you are a non smoker you can smell it on their clothes. Any one have any polite way to say maybe They can have a smokers jacket or shirt they can put on over their clothes so it's not as strong around the baby or to just change shirts. Or any other ideas will be helpful. She will be helping me a great deal with child care when I go back to work.
Avatar f tn I'm pretty sure they will pull it they just can't do x-rays (even with the jacket) or I would not let them at least. Just make sure the Dentist knows you are pregnant and how far along you are. they will know whats safe. You need to go though because you don't want the tooth to get infected.
Avatar f tn The 3rd seemed off point to me but I found it amusing. There was a guy walking around in a straight jacket. (Just like the looney bin type straight jacket.) His arms were bound, the thing had 20 buckles and straps... no way this guy could escape, and he kind of gave you the impression that "all was not well". Another guy was dressed in a real nice suit, carrying a brief case. This guy was purposely walking against the grain of walking traffic, walking down the up escalator.
Avatar n tn Honestly, the hospital can be a little cold. I wouldn't pack a jacket or anything for baby but long sleeve and pants are a good idea. For me, i packed yoga pants and short and long sleeve shirts. 2 each. I had a jacket in the car just in case. My husband brought it in the day we left because it, of course, started raining that day. My daughter was born last February in California. It's a wacky month to pack for.
Avatar f tn Hello All I am experiancing upper inner arm pain in the bicep area. At rest it is ok, I can even pick up my 3 year old daughter with minimum discomfort. It seems when I raise my (left) arm above my head it hurts somewhat, but if my arm is on the side of my body and is extended backwards it becomes excruciating (sharp & burning)!!! For an example taking my jacket sleeve off with the other hand. Im not really sure if its swollen, and I have had no bruising.
