I HAD HYSTERECTOMY THREE WEKS AGO, I JUST HAD INTERCOURSE WITH MY HUSBAND EVEN THOU HE WAS REAL CAREFUL, AFTER HE CAME IN ME I FELT LIKE I WAS SWOLLEN AND IN PAIN, IS THIS NORMAL, CAUSE THE DR SAID NO SEX FOR 8 WEEKS AND WE ONLY EAITED 4, QUESTION CAN THER BE A FATAL COMPLICATIONS AFTER THIS.
I had a Hysterectomy fifteen years ago and It was not a time when people were on the internet as much. So I should have gone another route Having a Hysterectomy was the stupidest thing I have ever done and will regret it for the rest of my life. I ask the Doctor if I would gain weight like ssssoooo many other women I know did. she said oh no it will not happen. Girl it did i use to be 120 lbs and now I am up to 200 lbs.
I'm 50 and have always been in good health. For the past two years I have been anemic. Recently, I had a 30 day bleed and my gyn gave me meds to stop it. I have had a good pap, good ca125, good uterus biopsy, but the ultra sound and ct we're abnormal showing a baseball size mass in my uterus and abnormal ovaries. I'm scheduled for a complete hysterectomy on 11/12. Should I get a second opinion? Is this customary procedure for these issues?
