Could it cause vision problems,
I have seen that the main ingredient of restylane is Hyaluronic acid, I have found a topical cream that is 75% hyaluronic acid, I know this wont work as well but do you think this is an option or not even worth spending hte money on the cream.
Any comments or experiences would be great.

Hello, I went to the doctor to have a filler injected into the eyes dark circles area, the syringe with the gel (hyaluronic acid) was not new, I know because he took it out of a box but the blister was not sealed, I also saw that the gel in the syringe was not completely full, I saw that he took a needle with a cover from the blister, so I think the needle was new, and he placed it on the tip of the syringe with gel, I am worried that the gel (hyaluronic acid) has been contaminated with the bloo
ve had my eyes dialated twice and in both cases (one with an optometrist and one with a opthamologist) I was told everything looked fine and that my floaters was due to aging as well. The MD did a very thorough examThe reason I made the connection was that hyaluronic acid seems to be involved in both cases so I was curious if there is a connection.
If you don't mind me asking, why would joint inflammation be a cause of concerns for floaters...?
This has been treated with ultrasound, condroitin sulphate pills for three months, anti-inflammatory drugs on and off, and an insole. The pain when I walk is still there and at times intense. I have two questions:
1. Several physicians have propose hyaluronic acid or cortisone injections. Which is recommended?
2. One physician offered to perform a chondral transplant, consisting in taking fresh chartilage from my knee and implanting it in the toe, with arthroscopic surgery.
I had surgery to resect the temporal tissue regions of both of my eyes 5 months ago. While the blood (sub conj hem) was cleared up very fast within the first few days, it left my tissue purple and veiny that seems to not go away. After 5 months, my eyes look the same as it did 4 months ago. I feel extreme soreness in the area where my surgeon resected my tissue. I feel constant headaches above and behind my eyes.
Thank you. I have this problem just occasionally, and it does seem that wetting the eyes with a commercial lubricant helps with orientation. Not completely clear why high CYL contacts don't rotate properly. Because of their strong asymmetry, they must be more heavily weighted than lower CYL contacts. But perhaps because of that strong asymmetry, maybe blinking tends to pivot them around more? I've been using reading glasses for years, so that's not an issue.
I have tried Olay regenerist, ROC and Garnier Nutritionist and currently seen ad for Hydroxatone that contains matrixly 3000, argireline and hyaluronic acid and is there anything you can recommend I use that can help minimize the wrinkles while adding collagen and elasticity to my skin. While pregnant do stay away from retinols which are anti aging. They can cause birth defects. But look for something that has hyaluronic acid in it which is a natural chemical our body makes which helps retains moisture by 1000x its weight. From personal observation, I think the incidence of injectable fillers or implants is far less than the incidence of Hashimoto's. LOL And of course there is the fact that men also have Hashi's, even though it is a much lower incidence.
I have been suffering with dry eye since May 2008. The red rings around both eyes, and the upsidedown U on both lids appeared then, and were treated with anti histamine drops/ointment. Blepharitis also, so I have been doing lid scrubs since. Red rings are gone but dry eye took their place. I have been using Theratears day and night, put drops in about every 15 minutes, all day. I do not wake up with crusty or gooey eyes. I have been to 3 opthalmologists, dry eye is diagnosed.
Not much a doctor can do - x rays - no treatment except pain meds. You might try getting some MSM and Hyaluronic acid from the health food store. Only thing that can heal cartilage.
Don't horse around like that anymore. If your rib broke just messing around - think what could happen next time!! Take care of yourself. - Also take some vitamins to build your bones and body.
