ve used all but linux and being a wannabe programmer (im learning C++, actionscrip, and html) I kinda want to give it a try but i like XP the best good and simple not a bunch of pull down and random annoying HP crap on it.

ll admit, there are visual aspects of Vista I like better than XP, and in some ways they made some of the things a bit more clever than with XP. After 2 steroid drops, Sooth XP, Freshtears gel at night, and now finally Restasis and Lotemax, I see no improvment. I have been taking the Restasis for 5 months now. t, but if running is what you love, then do it. How far you run and how often is up to you and how much you like it. Because, again, you don't have to do it. So run as much as makes you happy. But it's wise to alternate activities at least some, and getting some resistance training in as well and flexibility training can at least potentially reduce the costs of running. Peace.

i am a runner also and this time of year it's very hard to not be out running!! my first trimester i was pooped all of the time!! what saved me was "denise austin's fit and firm pregnancy" workout video. i hate workout videos but somehow this one has been working for me. it's not too hard so it doesn't over exhaust me, but it gives me the energy, and "feel good feeling" that i need and miss from running.
