Avatar f tn The first sign is one or more superficial air-filled blisters on the fingers or palms. The blisters burst to leave tender, circular areas. The symptoms are aggravated by exposure to irritants including water, soap, detergents and solvents. Treatment includes protection from irritants, emollients hand creams and phototherapy in severe cases. During the day, your grandmother hydrate and protect hands with a protective and moisturizing cream.
Avatar n tn I moved to Italy two years ago and these bubbles have sprung up on my fingers (mostly on the sides and near the fingernails), some on my palms, and on the bottom of my feet. They appeared last year as the weather started getting hot and are currently back with the same weather. I have bad seasonal allergies and the trees here just started raining down pollen. It seems clear it is "seasonal" for me. It never happened back in dry and mild Colorado.
Avatar m tn She has a few other tiny spots on her arms and legs, and several other small blisters on her feet. The blisters look like second-degree burns, mostly clear fluid inside, though some did contain a bloody mix. She’s presently on two antibiotics and an antiviral as a precaution. Anybody seen anything like this before? Photos of her fingers are available here. The finger is coated with ointment. http://www.hoganconsulting.com/finger1.jpg http://www.hoganconsulting.com/finger2.
Avatar n tn The doctor did not want to prescribe more so the blisters came back only on 2 of my fingers and on the other finger it went away. Hopefully, I will keep searching to cure this skin condition I have on my hands. I thought I could spread this skin condition to my children but they dont have it at all.
Avatar n tn For the last couple of years I have been getting small clear blisters on my fingers, usually on my thumb, forefinger, and little fingers, on both of my hands. It is spring now and the weather has just gotten warm and the sun is shining brighter now, but spring also marks the beginning of my blisters. I have the blisters from spring until mid-fall and then they are gone throughout the whole winter.
Avatar m tn Hello, The symptoms are suggestive of exfoliative keratolysis. The first sign is one or more superficial air-filled blisters on the fingers or palms. The blisters burst to leave tender, circular areas. The symptoms are aggravated by exposure to irritants including water, soap, detergents and solvents. Avatar m tn Right away I got some sort of skin thing between two of my fingers. It started as blisters, but when those opened it just spread out till now it is an itchy red spot about the size of a half-dollar. Does this sound like Riba-Rash? Or did I just by coincidence get some poisin ivy? Because that's just what it looks like. I called the Pegasys nurse and they sounded a little alarmed and said see your doctor.
Avatar f tn This is so uncomfortable and nobody knows why I get these or what causes it. The blisters appear on the inside and outside and sides of fingers but not on the hands or anywhere else. Lastly when I shower, bath or even just wash the hands, they get wrinkly much quicker than what is normal. Even after a 2 minute shower or just washing they hands, they start to wrinkle and can get quite painful and dry. Any reason why hands would react in this way to water.
Avatar m tn I have this skin irritation on two to three fingers that seems to come and go. Appears to almost look like burn blisters or hives and sometimes even oozes water or liquid. It itches badly as well. It seems to come and go but came back yesterday and is really irritating this time. Not sure how to post a picture here but I have a photo of it to post if I can. A dermatologist I went to thought or said it was psoriasis but I do not think that is the case.
Avatar n tn The first stage is acute and presents as itchy blisters on the hands, fingers and toes. Then the chronic stage shows more peeling, cracking, or crusting. Then the skin heals up, or the blistering may start again. I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist and get it ruled out. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
Avatar m tn Hello, I have suffered from very painful clear blisters on my fingers for about 4 years. They have gotten increasingly worse. They look just like the pictures I have seen of Herpetic whitlow, but I have had this for 4 years. It hasnt been this bad of a problem until recently, I get breakouts every week and just when they are healing I get new blisters again on normally just one finger on each hand, normally the same ones. It is getting really bad.
Avatar m tn m now 34, but when I turned 19 I became a vegetarian, and during that time I developed small itchy blisters between the fingers on my right hand. The blisters would eventually pop and there was a clear, sticky fluid that came out. Prior to going vegetarian I had no skin problems at all. When I turned vegetarian - aside from cutting out meat - I made a number of changes to my diet.
Avatar m tn Pompholyx primarily involves the hands and fingers and then may involve the feet. The first stage is acute and presents as itchy blisters on the hands, fingers and toes. Then the chronic stage shows more peeling, cracking, or crusting. Then the skin heals up, or the blistering may start again. The exact cause is not known and excessive sweating can be one of the reasons.
Avatar n tn I have frequent eruption of small blisters on my fingers, hands and sometimes feet/toes. They itch like crazy until I break the blisters. Once the bilster is broken, the itch stops. Sometimes I get several in a day; sometimes only one or two. Sometimes they come in clusters, sometimes one at a time. Can you give me any idea what might be causing this problem?

Avatar f tn It started with a rash on the back of his hand. Roundish, spreading outward, cracked, scaly, tiny blisters. It went away for a couple of months, and then came back with a vengeance. Then he started getting patches on his arms, torso, one on his neck, between his fingers. .. We just don't think it's ringworm because it's not spreading to anyone else and is been months. He holds our 15 month old all the time. It's only on him. I'd be curious to know what you think.

145992 tn?1341345074 I thought I got a splinter or something because when I touched them they were sore. Eventually they went away but I keep having little red bumps appear on my other fingers and palms of my hands. I have no idea what they are. Does anyone have any experience with this or know what they could be? Thanks.
