There are benefits and problems with doing valve surgery, and benefits and problems with not doing the surgery. and blood clot was there in that eyes later on it was removed through operation. but again i lost vision soon after 6 months of operation , and doctor in Bangalore told that nerves become shrinked they are not working properly... so now i can able to see in my single eye only..

t know if any toric ICLs have been approved in India; there are some in Europe but none has been approved in the US yet.

By the description you gave it sounds like this young man had something called Obstructive Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy which means that the heart walls are too thick and in some people, the walls grow and cause obstructions in the heart. Sometimes surgery is done to get rid of that obstruction; it is called a myectomy. This is a serious surgery and a person can lose a lot of blood during this type of surgery.

I'm curious, are you in India? If India has a problem with illegal operations, obviously all bets are off for everything, but you seem to be saying illegal operations are being performed in hospitals and by nurses, who have no training in performing an operation so why is that a concern?
It's not unusual for the heart to act up after an ablation. Consider what they've done in there; it's irritating to the heart tissue. It will settle down in time but it may be a month or 3 months.
On a rare occasion they will ablate a few spots, test them and think they are gone. Only weeks down the road the ablated spots were only bruised and may recover. That doesn't happen often and it would take longer than a few days.
A few years back I got my eyes examined to be cosidered for a Lasik refractive surgery from the biggest goverment hospital in India (as some of my friends with high myopia were deceived into Lasik surgery and are now in trouble.) Such practices are common in India. That is why I chose to consult doctors in AIIMS, and the doctors there rightfully informed me against Lasik as an option as my cornea lacked the required thickness.
