Common Questions and Answers about Fainting nausea and diarrhea

fainting

I tossed and turned for a couple hours and then at about 2am I got up because I was feeling worse and went to look for some pepto-bismol. As I was looking through cabinets I started to break out into a cold sweat. We didn't have any and I was feeling really bad so I went back to lay down in bed, however as I closed the bedroom door behind me I passed out/fainted and my boyfriend woke up to me falling.
Got out of the shower and as soon as i stepped out i had to sit on the toilet because I had diarrhea. I went back to my bed and slept about 4 more hours. When i finally got up I felt fine. As the day has progressed, I feel a little nauseus, and I have had diarrhea 2 times. What is wrong with me? I feel like i cannot eat for i would have to go to the toilet again. I am on birth control, i have been for about 5 years. I am not pregnant. I do not have headaches. help?
I was crusing forums to see if anyone had anything related to what I'm experiencing now with my stomach (nausea and diarrhea for the past two weeks) But there have been a few rare occasions over the past few years were early in the morning I feel like I’m going to have diarrhea and have to sit for a few minutes before it actually comes out, mostly liquid, and then upon rising I almost (and sometimes do) pass out. It really scares me!
I have had this on and off for years. Last night, sweating, pain, diarrhea, nausea, etc. My poor stomach was a mess. I looked into the toilet and it was like wet cement. I went a couple of small times during the night, and took immodium this morning. I had to go to work and didn't want to take any chances. Although now I probably won't have a bm for a week!
Several times after a perfectly formed, normal bowel movement as the peristalsis continues my whole system slowly goes into a huge spasm of nausea and within a few minutes I pass out. Afterwards I am weak for the rest of the day, sometimes for a couple of days; and often my digestive system then goes into diareah mode. I then can't eat anything except crackers, rice, etc. without causing a lot of pain and maybe another another attack.
Could be you two get that way sometimes, and the nausea and faintness and sweat could be symptoms of perhaps an iron deficiency or not enough protein in the diet. Then just the nausea and nervousness from fainting will be enough to totally wreck your digestion.
So that is my problem. Well, I don't think so. We know our bodies best and we can NOT ignore nausea and vomitting and loss of appetite (same for me). I have lost 60 pounds in 4 months. And they were still ignoring it. So I finally went on my own to a specialist in a city near by. She is wonderful and angry at the local doctors and surgeons for putting my life on the line. She said that nausea all the time is not normal!!! Insist on more testing. I had too.
I've been suffering from epigastric pain, awakening at night short of breath, extreme dizziness and extreme nausea. Sometimes I have no pain, only the shortness of breath, nausea and dizziness. I fainted for the first time the other night after an episode. Last night I awakened with the squeezing epigastric pain and extreme shortness of breath. I also felt very weak. It finally passed and I went back to sleep.
fainting while trying to pass stools is due to blood pressure, its common in the elderly and in fact some elderly people die straining on the toilet due to this problem. its known as the valsalva (sp?) manouvre. i think its what elvis prestley died of. not sure about the vomitting, expect thats more a bowel.stomach prob. but u should get ur heart and bp checked out at the gp.
Had 2 children and after stopping the Pill started to get the occasional dizzyness, hot flashes, diarrhea and nausea before and during my periods. It wasn't every month until the last 3 months. I have started to see a pattern and I have missed work due to the dizzy and nausea episodes. My primary care dr says it could be due to hormones...I also have a vitamin B12 deffiency which I am supposed to be taking the vitamins everyday (which i havent for about 8 months).
I got down on my hands and knees and crawled to the bathroom. I felt nauseous and the blurry vision and lightheadedness got worse while I was urinating and then started having loose stools, I was even closer to fainting. I don't remember how I got back to bed. I have low BP, but haven't come quite that close to fainting except for some mild hemorrhaging during a period. I'm still having some dizziness, some headache, a bit of vertigo or disequilibrium.
Hi to all. I'm doing an online investigation about DIETARY FRUCTOSE INTOLERANCE (DFI). In this condition most fruits (apples, pears, prunes...), honey, some vegetables (tomatoes, artichoke...), products with added High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS), sorbitol (in "low calorie" foods or "sugar free" chewing gum) and often wheat and onions cause BLOATING and DIARRHEA (also headache or depression). I woke up one morning feeling fine, started ironing and had a sudden and violent episode of nausea, near fainting and diarrhea which was accompanied by severe nervousness. For the next six months I was in this state daily. My daily activities included pacing while holding my stomach, (Stomach pain, nausea and nervousness made it impossible for me to sit down) and I was constantly in the bathroom. I had episodes of diarrhea as many as thirty times a day.

I have known him for about a year and a half. He is a very stable individual and ambitious. He and I talked a long time tonight and he has accepted the fact he must have been hallucinating. I have advised him to see his physician (general practitioner) first thing next week. I am just curious if taking the adderall out of cycle along with lack of sleep and some stress related to school and financial could cause this acute episode of hallucinations?

Losartan also may cause a persistent cough, increase serum potassium, impotence, and angioedema. Losartan may reduce kidney function in some patients and should not be used by patients who have bilateral renal artery stenosis (narrowing of both arteries going to the kidneys). Rare cases of rhabdomyolysis (muscle breakdown) have been reported.
I ventured out to a gastroentorologist whom performed a colonoscopy and diagnosed me with Lymphatic Colitis. Between visits I have experienced extreme pain and burning in my upper back and right shoulder. Two weeks later I underwent an Endoscopy to test for celiac, and an ultrasound on my organs to check for any damage as my liver was tender. During the ultrasound evidence of the development of kidney stones was found and I was reffered to a urologist.
My pressure has been 66/30 or 56/35, I pass out (syncope or fainting spells), and then diarrhea starts. When my pressure returns in a few minutes, I usually find myself in a hospital. But then I have pains in my shoulder and sigmoid colon that are so bad. I have fainted twice in supermarkets and ended up in the hospital. I said I had a great gastro doctor and he is the one whom put it all together. Correcting my reflux by redoing my Nissen, would not eliminate any medicine.
