Shortly after I stopped taking the Sertraline (in the middle of September 2019), I experienced fainting (while I was also on my period), but I experienced almost fainting the week after my period was gone, as well as the week after that. Those two occasions where I almost fainted were the only times I left the house and I felt faint only after ~30 mins of light walking. I stopped fainting/feeling faint after that.
She is tired a lot and extremely pale all of the time which made me think of being anemic. Her doctor said all labs are within normal range. She is usually on her period during the times she has fainted. Can someone suggest a specialist to take her to because I still feel there is something wrong. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Hello! I have been experiencing some vaginal burning during my menstrual, but I am not sexually active! My menstrual doesn't smell bad, or have any real change in texture. I tend to get large clots and watery blood. Sometimes my vulva gets itchy, but I realized always pads were doing that to me! After I switched, no more itching. But my vagina has been burning and I think it's actually kinda dry despite having such a heavy flow! Any input would be appreciated!
Menstrual cramps are normal to have and I get severe menstrual cramps on the first day of my period as well. Typically it is just from hormones that causes the cramping, as the surge will cause contractions, making her period painful. Prevention is much better than management for pain. Exercise and eating healthy can help prevent menstrual cramps to a certain point, but won't always get rid of them.

I waited about 12 hours and after it got steadily worse I opted to go to a local urgent care center who did an initial exam, found no mass in my rectum area but suggested I follow up with my family physician for a colonoscopy. But I was experiencing fainting so I went to the Dr. & they ordered blood work to test me got several things & I tested positive for pregnancy, but if I try a urine test it says negative. Being it's to early for the hormone to show up. I'd give it a few more days & try again! Also sometimes if you worry that can change your menstruation, so try to relax & good luck!
last march 14-16, i had an unusual period that it lasts for three days, this is my first time ever. apparently, i had unprotected sex days before and during my period. My bleeding stopped then i had a week spotting (brown-pinkinsh-brown) then i had unprotected sex on march 23. Then the night of march 27, i had a red light spotting (bright pink-brown) that lasted march 30. All these cramps was associated with a light cramps and episode of frequent urinating, lightheaded, dizzy, nausea.
