Avatar f tn D I always eat ALot in my first trimester then I slow down. The only thing with eating so much at a time is that you may regret it later like u are now lol. I use to get really bad heartburn after eating too much. Good luck with those twins though! Maybe ur body is just preparing u to carry 2 babies :) Take care!
Avatar f tn It means that you're pregnant lol , its normal . I caneat ALOT and then 10 minuetes later be hungry again . Food food food thats perfectly normal lol it doesnt mean anything except your baby loves food too .
1317224 tn?1378705134 Hi MaryLL. I can soooo understand your frustration. I do think that exercise is the key for you here. Just walking at first (with your doctor's okay)...in the cooler part of the day, flat ground, at a comfortable pace; some malls have walking programs where you can walk inside in the A/C and have the companionship of other walkers. Then, GRADUALLY, as your tolerance improves, increase your walking: the pace, the distance, the inclusion of hills.
Panda You can do it at home only 10minutes per session 3x per day-- As far as metabolism-try eating coconut oil and cutting back on sugar and carbs. I need motivation too so I don't have the answer for that! But try to keep posting on here and it has been working for me for the past couple days.
Avatar f tn Congrats! Yes the 12 week mark takes forever to get too. The second trimester flew by and the 3rd Is dragging again.
120574 tn?1240767840 Had only 2 treatments, but it may be working too slow? Has anyone had Taxol and Doxil, or any other combo? Did it work?
Avatar n tn I am 24 weeks pregnant and have already gained 36 pounds I'm really worried I'm gaining too much weight too fast my doctor told me to slow down but I'm not sure how to do that because I didn't think I was eating that bad to begin with
Avatar n tn Small meals are easier to deal with. Avoid eating too much protien at one time as it can sit in the stomach and spoil and be careful of really high fiber foods because the stomach has to work harder to digest it and it can ferment. Keep a log of what you eat and share your symtoms and concerns with you doctor. Good Luck.
Avatar f tn Yeah your digestion actually does slow down while you're pregnant. Try eating several small meals instead of 3 big meals.
Avatar f tn I will be 8 weeks on Friday and I can not keep much down when it comes to eating what is the best thing to eat or what is easy to keep down so that I don't throw it back up....?????
Avatar m tn Eating too fast makes it harder for your stomach to digest the food because it's not been chewed well, and causes gas on your stomach. I don't think it will cause any problems, but try to slow down a bit. Take care.

Avatar f tn Hi fellow conceiving friends! My significant other shared when we we first started trying to conceive that he has "slow swimmers" and has been tested before. Any advice on what may help? We have not been trying for long, but a few months during my high and peak fertility and nothing. :( Any advice or feedback on what may help those little guys along is greatly appreciated! Figured we would do what we can before looking into insemmination.
700950 tn?1228607435 I have a very slow emptying stomach and very slow moving bowels. I have GERD for several hours following meals with no sensation of burning. Since gallbladder surgery everything is worse. I spend over 40 dollars a week on digestive enzymes. I can take a couple pills and can reflux them undigested 2 or 3 hours later. I typically take 2 to 4 pills if I eat anything at all.
Avatar f tn I'm a 38 yo female and 5'7". I started exercising four times a week on average and dieting four weeks ago. I've lost 9 pounds within the first two weeks and less than a pound the last two weeks. I figured I am still doing something wrong?! My current weight is 187. My end goal is 155 pounds. I entered yesterday's meals in the calorie tracker and only consumed 980 calories. Is this too low of a calorie intake and my body is going into starvation mode?
506820 tn?1295051333 Oh I'm sorry I ment to say as slow as it may seem...not as it may be. I think all our little kiddies seem to be doing just great.
Avatar f tn I'm currently 29 weeks pregnant and I'm already measuring at 31 weeks. The doctor also mentioned the baby is a bit larger than she's supposed to be according to the last ultrasound. I'm scared that I'll be having a 9lb baby. I've been eating mostly fruits and vegetables throughout my pregnancy and cut meats a few months ago. Could my diet be affecting the babies growth? I'm really puzzled as to why she's so big! Has this happened to anyone else?
Avatar f tn I try to eat smaller meals however still feel very bloated and full after everything I eat. I eat normal amount not too little or too much. Baby is at 29 weeks a bit bigger than the charts. It feels like I should eat a lot less. To not have a massive baby and to not feel the heavy bloating after eating. Any opinions?
