relieve the pain. The pain you are
having on your back is most likely because you are starting to get a little belly, so your shoulders are pulled back to counter balance the weight to keep you from falling over. This causes pressure to be put on your back. Before long your hips will probably start hurting as well due to your belly swinging back and forth.
