In addition to Fibromyalgia I also have arthritis in my spine <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>and</span> shoulder, so I take it for that <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>and</span> I can't live without it. Ibuprofen and Naproxen doesn't even touch the inflammation and pain.
The left side of my upper lip start to swell to the point where I feel like I have a small lump on my upper lip. This happens like an hour after I take any Ibuprofen or <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>diclofenac</span>. The first time it happen I panic because nothing like this has ever happen before. Now I just ride it out and the swelling goes away. But today my lip is still partially swollen from last night. My only fear is that if I have pain or headaches I can't take anything for it in fear of having a fat upper lip.
Went to PCP today, who said it's inflamed tendons <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>and</span> prescribed <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>diclofenac</span> soldium XR, an anti-inflammatory, twice a day. Wondering if this drug is safe for him to take given hepatitis and Cirrhosis. He has a call back into the PCP to double check before taking it, and I have a call in to his hepatologist to double check before taking it. While waiting for calls back from PCP or hepatologist, wondering if anyone on this forum may know the answer?

The pain was okay not too too bad I was prescribed vicodin and I pretty much took all of it because more being uncomfortable then anything it helped me relax <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>and</span> sleep <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>and</span> find a comfortable position. Now 5 days after Lithotripsy I am having a lot of cramping and discomfort.. In the first 5 days after I did not pass much just a little blood.. Now I am uncomfortable and out of pain medicine.. Doctors are so funny these days about prescribing pain medication and Tylenol is not helping..
