m a repeat csection as well and I actually went to the hospital two weeks ago actually 36 weeks because I was having contractions 5 minutes apart for 3 hours. They gave me 3 shots to stop the contractions and said if the third shot didn't work then they were going to keep me and do my csection in the morning.

Hi ladies just a Lil bit ago I went to.bathroom an wiped a quarter size glob came out it had a Lil pinkish in it looked like snot as well last night I had so much pressure down there I couldn't sit on my bed I had to lay down but still had pressure.

my belly is small and the baby is not that strong to make Large Contractions.. same thing happend with my daughter - 5 residents examined me and wanted to send me home.. my dr examined me when he thought I was contracting (then i was too small to really show on the monitor too) and my sac was coming through the birth canal and ws 3 cm dilated and fully effaced... I'm 38 weeks and have been having Contractions since about 730 last night but of course they aren't consistent ....sooo frustrated!!!! I'm 33 weeks and just started getting them. You don't/can't stop them. A doctor Is the only one who can stop real contractions/labor. Bh contractions are false and don't effect really anything. It's just your body gettin ready. Which can take a long time.

They could also be Braxton Hick s contractions. I am only 26wks pregnant with my 3rd and I have them all of the time. They can be painful at times but if they start coming on regular intervals def contact your doc. And good luck!

she said if there is no bleeding think positive. I did lots of resting with feet up even though the contractions continuted into the second day- but a few days later ultrasound showed everything is fine! Now at 14 weeks - so I'll think positive for you!

Hey ladies, I've been experienced bh contractions since 28 wks. I was dilated @ 2cm 50% effaced, last Thursday. Im now 37+1 and starting having more intense contractions, only problem is they aren't regular, pelvic pain has increased, it hurts to move around too much ..... & It's killing me lol I want to go to the hospital but got a feeling they'll send me home...
