Ever since I got pregnant my hands have been really cold I know it's cold outside but i'v never had this problem before.
It's been lovely sunny day but I've been cold all day. Any 1 else experiencing this.
I'm 32+5 and at night when I sleep my hands go numb it wakes me up all night I sleep with them straight and try not to lay on them what else can I do?
I am writing this for my sister. In the winter she gets extremely cold hands and feet and her fingernails turn purple. She is not normally that cold to touch, as much as she feels cold herself. It actually causes pain. It leaves in the summer but in the winter its pretty bad, socks doesn't help, etc. She is only 21, so I was just wondering everyones take on it. She hasn't went to the doc yet...
Yup. My feet and lower legs swell sometimes. However, my hands are like ballooned gloves. It hurts to touch, hold or grab anything. I can't wear my wedding ring. It's hard to text or write even my signature. I soak my hands in cold water or hold an iced water bottle. It doesn't stop the swelling but it feels good.
For your hands dip them in cold water with a little ice this helps me alot.
When my hands are exposed to the cold they turn red and become swollen, sore and itchy. It's very much like an allergic reaction. In fact, the first time this happened I thought it was a reaction to some soap I had used. I was outside without gloves in 34 degree weather this morning for about 20 minutes. My hands had a reaction after about 10 minutes. I've always had cold hands and feet, but this is only the second time I've had this sort of reaction.
My feet and hands are usually extremely cold during night and day, doesn't matter if it's winter or summer. But I realised that during my pregnancy, it's the other way around. My feet and hands are always warm and even keeping my tummy warm and roasty, it tends to be cold.
Even as I write this the burning is starting in the other hand. I tried an ice pack thinking it might be my hands swelling, but they look the same as usual, and it did not help. I washed my hands a couple times thinking something might have gotten on them, but nothing is helping, and I really don't know what to make of this. It's literally driving me nuts! Anybody else ever have this problem, or might know what it could be? Any suggestions are highly appreciated!

There's a condition called Raynaud's Syndrome. It causes blue, tingly hands. it's most seen in women not sure if it affects feet also though. I saw it a couple times when I worked as a patient care tech in a hospital (they didn't come in because the raynaud's though, it was just part of their history). You can look up Raynauds on wikipedia, but remember always use your doctor for a final diagnosis.
This is extremely awkward and embarrassing to ask.. but i really do need an appropriate/serious answer. Three days ago my boyfriend and I were messing around (We don't engage in intercourse at all..but we do other things...). He ejaculated on his hands, wiped it off with a tissue and washed his hands with cold water and soap for about 15 seconds (though i don't know how thoroughly or if he dried his hands), and about 1-2 minutes later f*ngered me.
Hi there, i have been having a problem the last couple of months with my hands, everytime im out working, or just out with mates and its cold or chilly my hands tingle and white bumps appear all over my hands. They look like stings from nettles and its unexplainable and irritating, any help would be great thanks.
