Also, simple sugars and refined carbs (while rice, white bread, white flour) will cause the same symptoms in people with candida that you have when you eat those things. In fact, I have a candida problem and feel like I have a hang over when I eat those things..or a baked potato. candida alone can also cause constipation.

Okay, so as you know I am experiencing some problems with weak peritstaltic action or what, i don't know anymore. I have been at this problem for a good two years now, and it all started after a series of antibiotics (I had seven infections consecutively in the abcessed tooth @ that time. One time it turned into a "superbug") ever since the antibiotics (and a trip to Mexico~got sick there) two years ago, I became constipated and did not have a BM for 12 days.

I just finished a detox and noticed that I could have a movement more easy and larger in circumference, that doesn't usually last long. So any ideas what this could be? Cancer? candida? IBS? something else? and what are the solutions?

Wish it was as easy as programming myself to not want those things anymore though. I will let you know how my test goes after Friday. Thanks again!
An hour after the probiotic enema I ran to the bathroom again and a chunk of white candida came out with some kind of black stuff on it (could this be the culprit bacteria?). It did seem that putting probiotics up there created some kind of fight (bad against good). I found a person on the MSN body odor support forum who had a bad odor for a long time and then the odor went away after being treated for H. Pylori, but then the coughing and sneezing started after that. Interesting.
try a little vinegar in an enema bottle a couple of times a day; and take a shot of vinegar with lemon - often; let me know how it goes. i find the vinegar deadens the tissue and relieves some of the discomfort. unfortunately i haven't gotten rid of them myself yet, but a little relief helps.
itching around the eyes and nose, acne (on face and neck), sores on the outer lips, and fatigue. I feel alone and am making myself an outcast from society. This feels like an airborn virus but besides the dermatological aspect, I do not feel sick at all. I wish someone could help me. Any suggestions would help.
Adopting the new way of eating was a detox on its own as I have done this gradualy over a period of 7 months now as I needed to be able to still continue my work and my volunteering work - I did have die off symptoms - these were bad the first month - but now have learnt how to deal with the die off over weekends - doing a coffee enema once in two weeks also helps a lot as the coffee extracts a lot of toxins from the liver.
amaranth, rice, quinoa, etc that don't contain gluten) + I would renounce smoking and coffee + renounce (especially processed) sugar (alternatives: stevia)( and eat fruits) + renounce processed foods (to let your digestive system regain health) + renounce alchool if it was the case +eat veggies, fruits, choose whatever feels right for you +eat foods separately, one at a time, do not combine them.
Xanax make the smell less frequent, vegetable or coffee makes the smell less naughty. so I'm basically living on switching xanax and coffee. (weird, isn't it?) I'm thinking one day I take xanax and next day have coffee. Taking only one of them doesn't work. 11. Really become long post, this is last paragraph. Today I think I lost another couple of customers. one of them even waved their hand to dishevel the odor. Some said 'what the smell is that....' under their breath.
Low stomache acid can cause heartburn just like high stomache acid and leaves you open to bad bacteria and candida overgrowth. My food seems to not even digest which leads me to believe this is my problem. Could be worth a look if you're having this problem.
Also, I had a really hard time sleeping last night. Not due to hunger, just feeling jittery and over caffeinated even though I stopped drinking coffee and tea after mid day.
I suffered from the exact same symptoms weekly (and really thought I was alone in this!) since I was a small child. Rotten Egg Burps (the WORST part) followed by nausea, severe cramps, vomiting, diarrea, the works. Only after throwing up everything I'd ever eaten in my entire life would it go away eventually. Doctors never knew what was wrong and there's still nothing much online about the cause of this illness.
The Immunologist is who diagnosed the candida and hypothyroidism but I am going to an Endocrinologist and back to a GI for colonoscopy but the smells when I bend over ,man when I read that and people just a half second later clear across room start gaging and banging cause they want me away from them.My Dr tried to send me to Psychiatry I SAID F*&^% That GET THAT OFF my medical file or I will have a JUDGE do it.I was pissed. They are NOT pullin that **** on me!
My labia gets sore from the scratching and I break skin often from scratching. I have tried everthing, but it doesn't go away. I know it's not an STD because I went to the doctor's and have been tested. However they haven't helped me none. The labia skin is thickened from the scratching, is very dry (white-like) and flaky (at times). So are my inner thighs at the crease yet they do not itch that often. There are no bumps but my skin is raised, and I don't know what it is.
Thank you for your timely response. My tremors are pretty much localized in my upper body; say, between my waist and my neck. By the way, something I did not mention on my original description is that these tremors are not external. As I pointed out, after they wake me up they last for about an extra 10-15 seconds and they disappeared completely. During these 10-15 second period, I have asked my wife to place her hand on my stomach/chest so she can feel what I am experiencing.
I don't smoke, drink coffee, and rarely drink. Nutritionally, I don't have the best diet, but it's not the worst either. I could eat more fruits/vegetables, but I don't live on fast food either. The past few months I've been trying to start an exercise routine, mostly to help buffer against the stresses of work. Usually I'll try riding my bike, or taking a slow jog, to ease into things. Literally, within hours, I start developing flu-like symptoms.
It is worse with alcohol and caffeine, as expected, but not much better with just water, sugar -free candies or any of the other suggested things. So, I might as well enjoy the wine and coffee. Sigh. It is so weird having this but not being able to explain it to my husband out of embarrassment. Oh, I forgot to mention, barium swallow was normal and I was diagnose with GERD. I have tried medications, but none change these symptoms. I hope the humidifier will help somewhat.
i had some ups and some downs but all in all i've had 21days vlcd and i'm down 14.6lbs. i can't seem to get out of the 170's and i'm bummed. the firt week i took off 9lbs. i think my iu concentration was a little higher so i mixed a new batch and that put me at 200iu/dose. maybe that'll do it? keep it up......we're that much closer to our goals!!
So I started to think maybe garlic or onions were the factor that would prevent my tummy from rebelling and so far that has worked. The symptoms are basically evil burps and tummy pain, no diahrehha ever has come with it yet. There were some articles that said it might be because of water that has been contaminated, where other sites support my gluten allergy theory.
Hi, I stumbled on this thread today and just wanted to add a comment. Stress can without a doubt cause physical problems, but I've been diagnosed with stress related stomach ailments that it turns out are food allergies. Food sensitivities are tough to figure out. It takes patience and careful thought and bottomline your doctor can't dedicate the same time and energy to monitoring all your symptoms that you can.
