I quit smoking using Chantix as well. I am only 1 month non-smoking. I only took Chantix for 9 days as on the 9th day I found out i was pregnant. You smoke while taking the med the first week and then you stop smoking, but continue the medicine. After the first week you will notice the cravings are mental but not so much physical. Hey My dad had like a month and half of chantix left it didnt work for him well he didnt really try that hard though! But i was wondering if anyone else had tryd that? He said i can have his month and half worth but i dont think a month and half is long enough to take it. So i was going to get it prescribed to me. wow...i never thought of the chantix making me itch...hmmm. I've been itching the past couple days...thought it was from stress...and it very well might be as it has happened to me before.
