Avatar m tn Hi Nick, In short, anything is possible and many meds mixing together certainly make it harder to know what is doing what. Norvasc appears to be for blood pressure normally and a list of drug interactions can be found here : http://www.rxlist.com/norvasc-drug.htm. I claim no knowledge except of what site to look at for this info. Much of it I wouldn't follow either but it will hopefully mean something to you.

Avatar m tn In part, the answer to your question is dependent upon the type and severity of the tachycardia. Your doctor should be able to clarify that and answer the question of safety vs. avoidance. In addition, only one type of inhaler called a beta agonist, which comes in a short-acting and a long-acting form, can lead to tachycardia or other abnormal heart rhythms.

Avatar m tn Hi, I'd see your doc for a look/see and PFT testing to see what's going on. You may need an albuterol and/or steroidal inhaler and the PFT tests will help determine what's going on. May be inflammation and night is when it rears its ugly head sometimes :( Keep us posted and WELCOME! Also --- croup can happen with a sharp change of temp. It's tricky so the PFT is extremely beneficial for your Dr.

Avatar f tn Only thing that works is Montair LC (montelukast) once in 24 hours. It stops my cough, breathlessness. I am not able to stop this medication and have been taking this for almost 3 months now. I have no other symptoms. I am not able to identify my allergy trigger since I cough through out the day, always, every where, though dust, artificial smells aggravate cough. Breathlessness and tightness in chest scare me. Should I check Asthma or COPD or anything else. Pl. advise.
