ve been on hormone replacement therapy every since. I was on patches, estrace pills. cenestin .625 until I went to a dr that did bioidentical hormones. She put me on the patch and I was just losing my hair but surviving then my dr left and I was sent to the only other doctor there and she put me on the Wily Protocol. Well I seemed to do good for 5 years and boom everything went wrong.

I have been taking 0.625 milligrams of cenestin since the surgery. I just changed to estradiol 0.5 mg. due to an increase in my insurance co-pay My question is how long do I need to continue with Hrt therapy?

I don't know what CES is but there is a synthetic conjugated estrogen called Cenestin. Maybe that could be it?? There are also other options besides Premarin that you could look for that may be less expensive. Enjuvia is another option. YOu could also try other delivery systems besides oral estrogen - patches (although in Mexico may not be the best option), a spray or topical creams or gels.

I take atenelol and Cenestin (HRT) and I also have IBS and have been diagnosed with (since I have no gall bladder) having problems with bile. I have noticed several, several times that I pass my pills on particularly sensitive days for my stomach. Sometimes they appear to be in a capsule form, other times they are barely covered by a 'gel' like substance but I can clearly see what they are - even with gloves, getting them, I can break into them and see my pills.

My issues is lactating from Cenestin 1.25 mg all the way down to .3 mg I cant use a patch due to allergic reactions to the glue on the patches . Funny part is w/o hormones I have NO hot flashes , night sweats , milk, or anything . But if I am on them I have all of the above and then some . TAH Aug.

My hairs is s haystack I go back april 5 for another blood draw.....It seens logical o think higher doses for lower levels so please explain how this thing works.

Most oncologist are kind and informative and will sit with families to comfort and answer their questions.

Is it possible to make a cycle of "suppresive doses" like one week or 2 before having sex...and then interrupt it and repeat it again one or 2 weeks before having sex again.

Would this cause any kind of harm if one is doing this alternating of the doses and i have some weeks that i have been really busy and have forgot doses.
