can you break vesicare in half

I'm using Vesicare and Lyrica and I just got my urinalysis result and they're normal. Can Vesicare and Lyrica affect urinalysis? Are they antibiotics?

I have very similar symptoms, and was curious about asking my doctor for vesicare. I apologize since you're looking for an answer and all I have is questions, but I'm hoping you can help me decide if this medication can help me. d recommend anyway. Talk to your urologist about going off the Vesicare and see how you do. If it WAS just the anxiety and excitement surrounding the trip, you'll know soon enough. As for the anxiety and depression, just make sure your doctors are aware that you intend to try getting pregnant. Some medications you need to be off for several months before attempting pregnancy. Hopefully you can deal with both these issues in your therapy and not need meds.

honey, i would break them in half and wait until you start to feel the withdrawal symptoms begin, then try a half. you are going to have withdrawal. i have been off them for about a month and it was hard. i went to the doctor that was giving them to me. i brought him a copy of the thomas recipe(lower right of this page) and he prescribed me some valium to use for the first 5 days. i was on darvs for like 20 years taking about the same amount as you. if you want to pm me, please feel free.

I have having OAB for years now, i am on vesicare medication but it is not really helping. Over the years i also been having ED here and there but recently it is getting worse...esp when i stop taking meds. Been seeing different urologist but they cant seem to find anything wrong with me. I am 34years.

Remember there are a number of different incontinence drugs available and you may have to try more than one before you get the right one for you.

The major one was abdominal cramping. I also have long standing urological problems and Vesicare was causing problems in that area as well. Headaches could have been part of it as well. The drug was tried on June 12, 2008 and even has one Rep on it. I have most of the bottle left. I will never try it again. All the best.

First, it's difficult to answer all these specifics in a forum like this. But a couple of things: often a prostate infection is not detected with urine cultures, and semen culture are required after you've been off antibiotics for a while. The two conditions can be separate OR part of the same condition. This condition is very frustrating because sometimes there is no explanation.

i had a cmg test done today and the nusre told me it was the worst case of bladder spasm that she has ever seen and brought in other medical staff to see this they have put me on vesicare tablets 10 mg and i am wondering if there is anything else can be done i am worried in case it means i need to be catherterised because of this how likely is this ?

uncontrollable urge to urinate, sometimes no output. can go or feel the need over 30 times a day. no UTI. Saw a urologist yesterday. organs in the right place. Stretched my urethra...ugh. no better. said I had a stenosis and atrophy of the urethra. Gave me a script for Vesicare but told me to wait a few days to see how procedure goes. also mentioned estrogen Creme. I am miserable....what should I do?

m sorry you have to deal with this and there is no easy answer. Do you have ulcers in your bladder, have you tried instillations? I personnaly have not used elmiron or instillations because my URO doesn't believe in them, so curious if you have tried them.

I was told to give it atleast one week but two is better to see improvement so I want to stick it out but I keep thinking can Vesicare make your frequency worse before better? I am not sure what's going and since it's the weekend kind of hard to call and ask!

yes you can get pregnant sitting up. anytime of the day,week,month you have intercorse in any type of position you can get pregnant. you can get pregnant if he "pulls out" beofre he ejacualte.
