I saw two on the base of the shaft and another cluster of 3 on the top of my shaft however they are verry mild and barley visable. They are dry and slightly rough and slightly sore to the touch. no bigger than two milimeters in width and once again seem to be spreading.

Another interesting fact is i have a burn on my stomach (from baking sheet) and 3 small bumps formed on top of the scar. I also found my bath towel to contain mildew (smelled fine and then noticed it when it was wet). The location of the bumps is precisely where I shave and where my (moldy) towel would sit around my waist. The bumps don't seem to be spreading, but they have not gone away after a couple of weeks. I have been keeping it clean and started using cortizone10.

About 3 weeks ago, I noticed a cluster of 4 bumps on my inner thigh where my thigh and groin meet about halfway down between my waist and scrotum. The bumps are hard and are red. They have never itched or burned. I actually didn't notice them. My wife was the one who noticed them. I had a doctors appt the next week, so I had him check them. He said that he wasn't sure what it was.

I am confused, is it possible to have hsv1 and have neither genital or oral herpes? I have tingling on my scrotum mainly, and it is very bothersome. Hello, I am a 23 year old male, and about 5-6 days ago i noticed two small red red bumps on my penis shaft, right below the circumcision line. Hi, Have a rash that has come out in raised red bumps that itchy if rubbed. They seem to be more obvious in the sun.
