Scabies presents with itchy papular (bumps) lesions on the inner parts of the body such as underarms, between fingers and private body parts. It spreads through close contact with someone already infected with Scabies
The lesions you describe could be either of these and only an examination would be able to sort out clearly if this is any of these.
