Mild skin rash developed after four weeks. Small, mildly itchy, red bumps
under my left arm. Not too irritating. On
and off, I've had what have felt like tiny, micro-muscle tears or pinched nerves somewhat randomly throughout my body. I cut back on the intensity of my workouts (less weight lifting, ride my bike a little slower, et. al.) and that seems to have helped. I've had some moodiness, but what do we expect on so few calories?
