Bumps on dogs eyelids

Common Questions and Answers about Bumps on dogs eyelids

Avatar_n_tn I have eczema on other parts of my body but that seem to itch more than what I have on my eyelids. I did try my medication for my eczema on my eyelids and found no relief. I would suggest giving the destin a try.
Avatar_f_tn The next night, we noticed the same type of pimples on the side of her nose (3 of them.) There are about 4 on each eyelid. That days the eyes started building up a light yellow discharge in the corners. And continues to discharge pus/ mucus like and crusty in the morning. I thought it maybe allergic reaction so I gave her a mg of Benadryl per 1 pound of her body weight as many websites said is the correct amount. I have done 2 doses and it hasn't helped a lot.
Avatar_n_tn The symptoms of blepharitis don't strike a chord with me. My eyes are certainly itchy, mainly on the upper eyelids, with the redness sometimes extending to the skin on my face by the tear ducts. As I'm a man, external factors like make up are not a factor, nor are contacts. My eyeballs themselves feel fine. I notice that when running, sweat is sometimes highly irritant and causes my skin to really burn. I would say my skin has a tendency to dryness, with very mild eczema.
Avatar_n_tn I've been doing the hot compresses on my eyes and using Cetaphil lotion on my dry patch and eyelids. The dry patch is gone now, but the sore eyelids remain. Did you ever get a diagnosis from a doctor??
Avatar_n_tn I also noticed that it seems to cut down on the red bumps I get on my thighs once in a while. The bumps on my thighs are something I have had ever since I was a kid (on and off). They are different than the bumps on my eyes however. The little bumps on my thighs are more like pimples and come and go. Anyway, it seems like when I take the Oil of Oregano, my skin is much better looking as a whole and those go away.
Avatar_m_tn it started out with the feeling of bugs crawling on me then i got these kind of sore bumps in my armpits only and it also felt like my throat glands were bigger as well as my armpit glands. the glands/armpit bumps went away but now it feels like the bugs are goin into my ears and into my nose and now they feel like there going into my anus and i have to use rubbing alcohol to get rid of the stinging and intense itching in that area plus i still have them all over my body to.
Avatar_n_tn I got it a few weeks ago and it will not go away, it started as an itchy scalp and I can't feel any bumps on my head but I felt it on my neck one day, I was the first in my family to get it.My sister then got it and then my mom, we still have it and it's getting on my nerves I am literally going to freak out if the doctor says We have lice, because if they do I will go balistic, I DO NOT HAVE HEAD LICE. I checked it everyday with my mom, and nothing happened, It scared me like wait....
Avatar_f_tn there is a spot on my nose that i've rubbed raw washing, trying to get these "things" out of my pores. these are not whiteheads, nor blackheads. these are clusters of white or fleshy hard and sticky plugs-- not filled with anything, but they stick straight out from the pores. They are not bumps. If I rub the area w/ a towel they do not rub off at all. I tried to remove one with tweezers, and it was very tacky (as in sticky) and clearly goes deep under the skin.
Avatar_m_tn They seem to love the trash and the sink (different fly?). Up to 6 months ago I felt like a bug was crawling on me when I sat on my couch and bed (different apartment), our first assumption was bed bugs and we treated the house (using bombs) for these, the crawling feeling slowed but never fully stopped. We recently moved (2 months ago) and I felt the same thing on the couch and bed, even worse actually. So much so that we had to throw the couch out.
529981_tn?1212853666 There is a sandy-grainy like build up on my scalp This is also accompanied by an itch. Even after I wash my hair, the grainy like build up is still there. It is NOT flaky what so ever. My hair has also started to fall out and at the end of my hair, a white little grain is at the end. Hair will not stop falling out. I have gotten blood tests at a dermatology office and everything was normal. I also have tried about very type of zinc pyrithione shampoo, at the highest concentrations.
Avatar_m_tn Hello to all who have commented on Carpet Beetles. Mine is a super LonG story, so I probably can't include all the details on this post. But feel free to msg me with any questions as I'm happy to help. I'm a single 56 y/o gal. I had to retire early after 35 yrs on my job that I loved due to disabled with a bone disease and other muscular-skelatal conditions.
Avatar_n_tn It works great on my eyelids! No more peeling! So happy! Just when I was thinking it was over. Now I have red dry dark circles under my eyes! :( What do you think I should do? My lotion doesn't work on these. I have never had something like this happen before. Please help!!!! Do you think tea bags may work on the under eyes?
2094297_tn?1345392693 I haven't been on triple therapy, I've been on double. Had terrible rashes about the same time as you - on my scalp, under my arms (I quit using deodorant), back and torso. That was in the spring, so I went outside to sit in the sun and they cleared up. Not sure if it was from the sun's uv rays, because the air was not as dry as winter or just because they went away. one thing you'll notice on treatment is that your sides come and go. Every week seems to be different.
Avatar_n_tn I know you asked this question a while ago but it could have been dermatitis. I have contact dermatitis from paper and it causes red itchy bumps on the palms of my hands. I also lose my fingerprints and get itchy bumps on the tips and sides of my fingers. I use an emollient cream at night and throughout the day to protect my hands. Myabe this info is better late than never.
Avatar_f_tn I just broke out with hives after i went to this clinic last weekend for a boil on my bottom after getting a splinter about 6 weeks before. I had also had these bumps on my arms that felt like bug bites. The women at the clinic said she thought i had scabies because of the bumps pattern on my arms. So she gave me antibiotics for the infection(boil) and some cream just incase i had scabies. So i took it the first time and it did nothing, so the doctor said repeat it about a weeks later.
Avatar_n_tn I don't know if I have any advice, but know you're not alone. I've been on several forums and you'd be surprised how many people have chronic sinus problems or allergies and how it causes such fatigue and depression. My sinus problems won't go away, and when they flare up it makes me nervous and even gives me panic attacks. Some days it's almost impossible to get out of bed.
544292_tn?1268886268 There's so little on Tramadol or Ultram on the web. Tons on other drugs. Ok so the most alarming part of the Tramadol we would think would be the fact that it is a synthetic opiate. It's a Narcotic. It's just been slipped thru the schedule. The Opiate aspect of Tramadol is why if you google,"Home Opiate Withdrawal," the techniques found there actually do work! But that's not the most alarming part of Tramadol in my case.
Avatar_n_tn I keep hearing and reading how Urticaria, usually has signs on the skin surface but I don't, except for the really bad itchy feeling. Sometimes I question whether or not I have something else because it's really bad and it feels like I have a sudden burning rush of nails/needles stabbing my skin and I can't even move but only twitch. It's like this on a daily basis with my skin, whenever my body temperatue goes up. I feel like my body's thermostat is broken and I'm constantly overheating.
Avatar_m_tn i get bumps from it and i can pop them like pimples. that's my favorite thing to do, but i also pop zits on my face, arms, and chest. and more recently i discovered that i can pull out little hairs from my butt (ya, its kinda weird) and thats also something that i do alot. i've been picking since i dont even know how long. it started as just popping pimples and at bumps on my arms. my arms got so scabbed up that i never wore short sleeve shirts.
Avatar_m_tn He has the sensation of pins and needles pricking his skin from the inside out. This mostly occurs on his arms or legs or back, but not concurrently. First it was his legs then it moved to his back and currently the problem is on his arms. The sensation will be symetrical, i.e. both arms. The prickling turns into severe itching with sensations of pin pricking pain. once the itching starts it is very hard to control. He has used ice, benedryl, anti itch creams and Zyrtec.
Avatar_f_tn The three months ago, i started getting them daily on top of my hands and a few on my eyelids. Went to the doctor's and he gave me zyrtec, two hours later I had big hives on top of my hands and on my neck. I have never gotten them on my neck before!!! I was scared but continued the meds for three days. Within the three days I had break outs all over my body (except face). So i went to see an allergist and he said I have chronic autoimmune hives without even any tests!!
Avatar_m_tn Symptoms include pinprick bites, often intense itching with or without lesions, Small reddened bumps, and a crawling sensation anywhere on the body; with increased activity at night. Some people label these the "creepy crawlies" or "nose ticklers". The intense itching and irritation on the skin is due to the mite's saliva. When a large area is covered with bites it will resemble a rash in appearance, and it is often mistaken for scabies. Possible Bird Mite Infestation?
288415_tn?1231634102 I have been showering for 50 yrs and never had this problem. I read on another forum (regarding same thing) to use vaseline on a q-tip. Doctor said this did not sound like a good idea. My room mate decided to try it and is cured. I started doing it myself this morning. No itching. The draining actually keeps me awake. Will see if I have crust in the morning. Will let u know.
Avatar_n_tn I am new to this situation. I have been suffering from hives that occur onLY on my eyelids. Finally experienced difficulty breathing and went to ER where they gave me an IV with prednizone. Cleared up immediatley. Now what? Am seeing an allergist Wednesday. They have discovered that nail polish exacerbates the problem. So is anyone seeing relief from Allegra?
530191_tn?1214166411 itchy, shampoo sores on scalp and hair falls out, ate a muffin itchy tongue. Mild bumps on face gets better with antihistamine. Had a Compound Pharmacy make Motrin without the PEG and she had no problem taking it. We have to be the detectives and figure it out!
Avatar_n_tn H-E-L-P!!! I've had this uncontrollable itch on my outer labia's for the past 7 years. Everyday I itch, I feel like a freak because I am always scratching (not in public). My labia gets sore from the scratching and I break skin often from scratching. I have tried everthing, but it doesn't go away. I know it's not an STD because I went to the doctor's and have been tested. However they haven't helped me none.
Avatar_f_tn Then it started on my left upper arm and included a rash, bumps which turned black and blue when scratched, and red bleeding dots. There are also dark pigmented spots, like tiny beauty marks or flat moles. The pain feels like slivers of glass under my skin---or a wet wool sweater. The waves of burning pain are not present, but the itching is awful. I went first to a dermatologist--went through the steroid creams, antibiotics, etc. Waste of time.
Avatar_n_tn I've been using nasal saline irrigation. Started on vitamins. I'm now on Prednisone. After a day and a half I'm starting to feel relief, but I take it for 6 days and I'm scared to death I'll be right back where I was and I'll have no time to build myself back up where I'm so run down from this. I am scheduled for the allergy tests, which I believe 99% of people are allergic to dust, grass, etc.
Avatar_n_tn Mild skin rash developed after four weeks. Small, mildly itchy, red bumps under my left arm. Not too irritating. on and off, I've had what have felt like tiny, micro-muscle tears or pinched nerves somewhat randomly throughout my body. I cut back on the intensity of my workouts (less weight lifting, ride my bike a little slower, et. al.) and that seems to have helped. I've had some moodiness, but what do we expect on so few calories?
Avatar_n_tn I have had recurrent yeast infections all of my life-since early childhood. I am 24 years old and in 2002 I noticed bumps on the formerly smooth skin, just inside my vulva, toward the vaginal walls. I went to the 8 different doctors about the issue. 5 of the 8 doctors thought I may have genital warts so they treated the warts (with a topical application of acid). But each time the bumps would come back and be more irritated and raw.
