I rushed back to hospital and told them. They gave me atripla which I started 65 hours post exposure. From that day on I felt fatigue, had diahrea, occational head aches, had two lymph nodes in my neck, muscle twitch and joint pains, developed a few itchy rash 2 days after pep which are still here 7 weeks post exposure. Had mild cough 2 weeks post exposure My questions:
1. What level will u say my risk could be categorised

I am a 31yrs old lady started taking NEVILAST-30 ( lamivudine, stavudine and nevirapine )in October 2009 then changed to Atripla in January 2011, because the previous medication was making me fat, 5 or 6 months into this new medication (Atripla) i noticed i am always very weak, muscle pain but worst of all i no longer can eat Lunch, (which wasnt the case while on NEVILAST) have tried severally to take Lunch but end up throwing it all up including soft drinks (all i can drink is water) had told

So this is my story,
About 10 years ago, while having sex with my ex I noticed extreme pain on my penis, I also noticed that my penis felt like a bar of ice, extremely cold and, I could barley feel my penis at all, I had to check to make sure I was erect (I was erect, I just didnt feel it) When me and my ex finished having sex and I pull out my penis I noticed a huge amount of blood on it, my partner passed blood for a couple of minutes after that as well.
In January 2009 I went to the doctor because of upper back pain and a dry cough that I had for about a month. After explaining my symptoms to a doctor, one of the symptoms was night sweats. The doctor ordered a HIV test and some other test to figure out what was wrong with me. After 2 weeks had past the test results came back that I was HIV + and that was all. My CD4 count was 207 and my Viral Load was 13,000.
Right now I'm experiencing cough and phlegm and I've notices some rushes on my skin, I experince also muscle twitches and pain. I lost a lot of weight and cannot sleep well. Sometimes I experience also nose bleed. I'm afraid that these are symptoms of HIV. My problem Is it is difficult to have an HIv testing here because I'm in Saudi Arabia and Homosexuals here are discriminated maybe I will be put to jail for having oral sex.
