MB bands which are Cardiac Bands and MM bands which are muscle bands. Weight lifters or people with rhabdomyolysis can knock the MM bands way out of whack. Muscle breakdown will throw the MM band quite high.

About 4 years ago, I was overworked by a personal trainer in the gym and ended up in the hospital for 5 days due to Rhabdomyolysis. I had never heard of this disease before this day. Turns out the trainer overworked me. Needless to say, I am not a big fan of exercise since then. I've dabbled with it over the past few years.
