A mi paso algo similar en mi desarrollo, como a los trece años, empece a tener dolores como de apendicitis y como no sangraba, me iban a operar de apendicitis, gracia a Dios pocas horas antes me vino mi periodo y me vino horriblemente fuerte y duro casi 2 semanas 1/2, pero la razon fue que paso retenido mi periodo y no me llegaba y ya era tiempo. Ahora apesar de que una regla sea irregular,quizas es mejor checkar con un doctor, para evitar alguna complicacion en el futuro.
I had an apendicitis a few years ago, it felt mite like a throbbing stabbing pain deeper inside, not like a pulled muscle at all. What your describing definitly sounds more like round ligament pain to me.
Mines were burned when I was 12 and had a really bad case of apendicitis that turned into peritonitis. The acid burned everything on its path. Doctors told me that I was never going to be able to have kids. Luckily, I have a gorgeous 2 year old daughter! Good Luck to you!
For acute back pain without pre-existing problems I would suggest gentle stretching, hot packs to the area and avoiding prolonged sitting. Mild analgesics and muscle relaxants could help. Soaking in a hot tub and a gentle massage could also reduce muscle tension in the back area.

The last time he had a stomach pain doctor thought it was apendicitis, which in the hospital they did x-rays blood and urine test and they said he was fine no apendidcitis, please !!! help me i dont know what to do. if you want to know about him please let me know..
We brought her to the ER with severe pains in the lower right quadrant, thinking it might be apendicitis. Blood work, and Cat scan showed nothing...urinalysis showed infection.They put her on Bactrim. Next evening we brought her back to the ER because she was screaming in excruciating pain. After about 3 hours or so the pain just went away and the ER said it is probably an ovarian cyst. She is still having pain but the pain goes from the right hip area to the front area wherre her ovaries are.
Went to er 5 days ago and was told could be ovarian cyst or early stages of apendicitis. Told to come back if pain got worse. Next day I had a bout of severe pain that lasted about 45 minutes,but went away before I could leave the house.(I'm blind so had to wait for a ride) Since then (4 days now) I've been running a fever from 99.1 to 100.4 and am still having pain ranging from a dull ache to moderatly severe. .Should I go back to dr. or continue to "watch and see"?
I am pretty sure if its under your stomach area its appendix but u ight have serious apendicitis u r appendix might explde see a doctor
No el doloroso ni tuve complicaciones. Siempre que voy revisan para ver si los huequitos no estan tupidos. La presion del ojo la puede medir cualquier tecnico en oftalmolofia y tambien en optometria, pero el especialista siempre confirma la medida con un equipo mas sofisticado.
Como padezco de dolores en la spina dorsal y la rodilla estuve tomando muchos anti-inflamatorios durante una de las crisis y me subio la presion del ojo mas de lo normal, por supuesto que deje de tomarlos.
I thought it was apendicitis. I went to a doctor and it was no apendicitis but GP sent me to gynecologist. I did blood test, urine test and wet prep. Everything was ok in my blood and urine tests but I had many bacteria in wet prep and many white cell there and yeast infection. I took medicines and in a month I still had this right lower abdominal pain. I forgot to mention that it was before period first time too.
She says that her back hurts and legs hurt alot intermittently..This all began with apendicitis and the removal of her apendix..since then she has not been the same..What do you think?? Could this be diabetes? I had gestational diabetes while pregnant with her and her sisters.
of 2008 I thought I had like apendicitis because I could not even sit with the pain I had. I was told at the ER, after a catscan and blood/urine test, it could be cistitis and then treated for UTI. I have many UTI's during the course of one year more than 3 or 4 at least. Can you shed some light on my confusion. I am not one of those people that gets worked up over results or possibilities but not knowing makes me very inpatient. Please help.
i went into ER a few times and they were trying to tell me that i had Apendicitis. Well i decided to have a mirena IUD inplant put in and that on its own made me very ill. However i put up with all of the side affects to dizzyness, nausea, bowel problems and also bad mood swings, hormone out burst and less pain each month as i no longer have my period. However i have has many cysts over the past few years and currently i have got one on my right side.
When I went to my PCP they sent me to the ER to be checked for apendicitis. The CAT scan came back negative. Again, the diareha and nausea and fever went away, but the pain continued. (the pain is mostly above my naval, toward to the right side of my abdomen, and now increasingly on the left side as well.). This weekend I returned to the ER again because my symptoms had worsened again. This time they did a CAT scan with contrast, but again found nothing .
My cyst was only discovered after a CT-scan was done to rule out an apendicitis (which confused me since the cyst is on the left side..shurgs..). If your doctor is wanting to do more testing, I think you really need to follow his advice. Please keep us posted.
So i had surgery 2 days ago because in my ultrasound they thought they seen a mass in my left uterus. So during the surgery they found no mass... but they did say i had apendicitis so they took out my appendix, they took out scar tissue... and took out a blood clot they found. They also said that my bowels were completely backed up. I have not been able to have a bowel movement lately.
After the surgery i have been taking laxitives and fiber medicine with no help of going.
I just turned 26 had abdominal pain so i went to the doctor thinking it was apendicitis and it turned out to be a septated cyst, approx. 12 cm ( approx 5 inches). He gave me treatment with birth control pills to see if it reduces its size other wise it has to be surgically removed, he thinks surgery is the way to go because of the size .
Around 3 years ago I was rushed off to hospital with a burst apendicitis. The apendix was removed, however there were complications where most of the infection wasn't cleared up from my bowl, to which led to Gastro-enteritis and peritonitis. What would have been a 3 day op, turned out to be a traumatic 10 day stay (with numerous tubes sticking out of me).
After recovering and bowel movements settled down, I started having irritiations around the anus months later.
It comes and goes daily. Sometimes it's a dull pain under my ribs and other times it's the same pain in my back (same level just in the back). Other times I'm sure it's apendicitis because it is sharp but then the pain goes away. I feel like I'm just crazy. Doc was sure it was my gallbadder but that seems to be normal. The only thing they can find is the lesion.
thanks for your reply liltq. i was thinking apendicitis too but the pains on the wrong side for that. I think im going to see if i can get referred back to the hospital for a second opinion because i dont think things should have gone one for this long. its just getting me really down because my husband and i are wanting to try for a baby again as soon as possible and all these problems are just delaying things more.
Could be apendicitis, gallbladder,kidney stones................too many things to try and get an answer in here dear...............do to the doctor asap! If pain is bad and if you have fever.
Yesterday I went to the ER because the cramping in my stomach was so bad. They did testing for apendicitis and gall bladder but said nothing about the sting! All my testing seemed to be normal re: gall bladder and apendi.....
I took the advice seriously and went in at once, after doing urine and blood pregnancy tests they ruled that out and sent further bloods up to the lab for full testing, after external examination doc said I had classic symptoms of apendicitis, I was quick to point out that this was impossible as the appendix had been removed almost exactly a year ago!
