I HAVE TO TAKE ALLEGRA IN AM ZYRTREC IN AFTERNOON AND AN ITCHING RX ALONG WITH STEROIDS, IF I MISS A DOSE ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY APPEAR, CHECK WITH AN ALLERGY SPECIALIST
t be able find the true reason for the hives. In the meantime I am still breaking out even with the Allegra, Zantac and the Hydroxyzine I am taking. So with all this said should I have the blood work done, or should I see an Endo or is there a link between the two??? Can you please give me some insight?? I am frustrated.
m currently taking hydroxizine, 50mg four times a day, periactin 8mg 4 times a day, and 150mg of zantac twice a day, with little relief. It helps the itching a bit, but i still break out. I've tried cotazone shots, prednisone, xyzal, cleratin, allegra. Nothing is helping! On top of all of that, because of the prednisone, i gained 60 lbs and canned shed them because i cant exercise!!!

I am currently taking 1 Zantac 150 mg in the morning and night, 1 allegra in the morning, 2 zyrtec at night, and benedryl every 4 hours. I can not go outside in the day time, I can not workout, I can not eat hot/spicy foods, I can not get heated up or over heated, and I can't even have sex without getting hives. The pain is the worst when I have sex. Regardless, the pain is always horrible.
Is it safe to take both Allegra-D and Zyrtec. In short, I suffer from allergies. I find that I feel best when I take a single pill of Allegra-D in the morning and a single pill of Zyrtec at night. In part, I have been doing this because I haven't had to go to the doctor (or Canada) to get more Allegra D so I can take it twice a day. I was wondering what the possible side-effects, besides fatigue, are of the regimen I'm taking? I've felt much better since beginning it.
My oldest son is on Risperdal,as well as three other meds. He has done quite well with Allegra for seasonal allergies, and even better with Zyrtec. Zyrtec is OTC but allegra is not. Both are well tolerated with Risperdal. Benaadryl is not good with Risperdal. My son, age 17, is zonked out when he takes both. He basically is out like a light and doesn't wake up in the morning (until about 12 hours later) the few times he has taken it. Not good at all.
With all these doctors, they have me on an antibiotic, steroids (short term), prilosec twice daily, zantac once daily, omnaris nasal spray, and allegra d. I haven't had any changes in my wheezing though. Anybody have any ideas? I have an appointment to go to an ENT in a couple of weeks, but the allergist says they usually can find the same problems as them. It's difficult to talk too much because of the lack of air coming in to my throat area. Any ideas anyone?
i have gone threw my room and the house and cleaned everything to see if it was some kinf of mold and nothing has changed. I have tried to figure out if something in my daily life has changed and there is nothing i can think of that has changed except that i got a new bed frame that was my great grandmothers which has some lead pant on it but the doctors insist thats got nothing to do with it.
Can you please tell me if you can take Nexium 40mg. and Zantac 75mg. together or on the same day. My GI doctor has me on Nexium 40mg. and my PCP wants me to take Zantac 75mg. at night before I go to bed. Is it safe, and can I take it with Xanax 1mg. I have GERDS and Barrett's Esophagus. And they both think it mjght be causing these little pinpoint pimples in my mouth, tongue, and throat.
My doctor thought it was food, so I have been on a liquid diet but the reactions still occur. I take allegra with zantac, singular, and do breathing treatments throughout the day yet the attacks still come. They can last up to 2.5 hours. A few attacks resulted in an epi pen and hospital visit. Please help.........any ideas?
